Alex Bethall had a great show with her super Section B stallion, the well performed, 'Cherrington Mendolsen' (Cherrington Mozart/Panteg Flounce). The were National Champion Working Hunter yesterday and today they claimed the National Champion Ridden Welsh B award and went on to be declared National Champion Ridden Welsh exhibit.
Ashley Porter's outstanding, 'Nattai Dark Lady' (Nattai Gwydion/Nattai Lady Moonsprite) was declared National Champion Welsh Mare and Runner Up Best Welsh Exhibit.
George Howe rode the impressive, 'Kolbeach Farmer' (Fernleigh Print/County Cover Girl) to be declared Champion Ridden Part Welsh Over 13.2hh and go on to claim the Ridden Part Welsh National Championship. After a year leased by the Howe family in Victoria, Farmer goes back to the Madigan Family in Mackay , Queensland. It was a day of mixed emotions for George.
