Zoe Langley led Vince Corvi and H Corpus' mare, 'Danger Lane' (Dangerous/Julane Bay) to be declared Champion Mare and Supreme Thoroughbred Exhibit. Not long after, Zoe was back in the ring and on board the impressive mare to win the class for Thoroughbred Mare Under Saddle Over 15hh.

Nici Jamieson took second place in the Thoroughbred Mare Under Saddle class with her well performed Reserve Champion Novice Hack, 'She's Slick' (Carry The Flag/Sequalo Miss) . Her showing name is HM Attitude.

Craig Porter rode his own and S Baldwin's nomination, 'LP Classy Lady' (Just A Diamond/Kept In Play) to take third place in the class for Ridden Thoroughbred Mare.

Amy Taylor rode her, 'Falvelani' (Favelton/Trisadina) to fourth place in the class for Ridden Thoroughbred Mare on the traditional and popular Thoroughbred judging day at Brisbane.

Phillip Bobic rode Amie Want's, 'Ferocious Diva' (Ferocity/Trisadina) to fifth place in the class for Ridden Thoroughbred Mare.

Abby Lovell rode the Lovell Family's, 'La Ronaldo' (Bernardini USA/Marston Moor) to take second place in the class for Ridden Thoroughbred Gelding and they went on to claim the Ridden Thoroughbred Reserve Championship.

Adam Oliver rode the GC Equestrian and Phillipa Harcourt's impressive, 'Hellinacell' (Doomsday/Biddy) to claim third place in the class for Ridden Thoroughbred Gelding.

Lisa Jones rode Patricia Ann Arnold's lovely , 'Hot Shot Henry' to fourth place in the class for Ridden Thoroughbred Gelding.

Jemma Heran rode her own and the GC Equestrian's nomination, the very successful, 'Black Tie' (Desert King/Silver Bird) that was spotted on the Port Lincoln racecourse by Vicky and Chris Lawrie. They took sixth place in the strong class for Ridden Thoroughbred Gelding.

Debbie Johnson riding The Johnson McNeil Family's, Seek the Stars (Galileo/Lady Arlington) aka SLM Mastermind was fifth in the class for ridden TB gelding.

Paul Austin rode his own and Mark Lilley's beautiful, 'Marquise' (Johar/Prichard) to win the Ridden Thoroughbred Gelding class and take out the Ridden Thoroughbred Championship. Marquise raced 12 times for one win, so he is the real deal.

Anthony Kohler drove his impressive Belgian Draught, 'Albert' to second place in the class for Medium Horse Over 14hh in Harness.

The Goodall Family and the Duncan Valley Clydesdales have had a super show with their Champion led Gelding, 'Duncan Valley Theodore'. The Goodalls have been showing Clydesdales at the Ekka since 1958, long before driver, Scott Goodall as born. They won the class for Heavyweight Horse in Harness and for the third consecutive year took out the Medium/Heavy Harness Horse Championship with the Champion Led Clydesdale Gelding..

Well known Clydesdale reinsman, Terry Goodear drove the Clydesdale Promotions Australia nomination, 'Boots' to take second place in the class for Heavy Horse In Harness Over 14hh and take out the Medium/Heavy Horse in Harness Reserve Championship.

Julia Cranwell drove Ross Porter and the Fairbrooke Farm's, 'Charlie' to win the class for Medium Horse In Harness.

Lisa Bahr is pictured at the reins of her beautifully presented mare, 'Broken Halo' (Jaguar Spur/Abbey's Angel).

Tahnee Camilleri drove her winning led stallion, 'Flashing Red' (Echelon/Courvey Kazi) to win the class for Standardbred Harness Turnout.

Maxine Murphy rode her eye catching, 'Bye Factor' (Benefactor/Bye Bye Emeralds) to win the class for Standardbred Under Saddle.

A panoramic view of the arena set up for the Thoroughbred judging, the trucks and floats along with the general public can enter the main arena.
