The cute pair of Helena Sangster and the delightful Giynyarra Park Deacon took second place in the Pony 2.3.

Regular Darwin Royal competitors Madina Hayman and her ASH Kiana Blue Murder won the Advanced 5.3 and 5.2.

Brodie Robertson rode Oaklands Park Candyman to second place in the Pony 1.3.

Cara Doherty rode Mango Warrior in the Preliminary 1.2.

Olivia Ruzsicska rode Diamante Sky to second place in the Pony 2.2.

Leticia Robertson rode Gordon Park Copycat to third place in the Pony 1.2. The two days of dressage at the Royal Show have attracted record entries, with regular South Australian judge, Wendy Hunt commenting on how much the standard had improved.

On an early Darwin winter's morning, with the temperature a perfect 25 degrees, Ivy-Rose Cleveland-Allan and St Aubyns Ballerina took second place in the Pony 1.2.

Nikola Copland rode her good looking Sanlira Cavalier to second place in the Novice 2.2 and 1st in the Novice 2.3.

This year there were a number of new faces at the Darwin Royal dressage. One of these was the naturally talented Brodie Robertson who had a couple of rides including Clarendon Park Arctic Monkey, pictured here.

Vanessa Lines rode Swing Time Merlin to win the Elementary 3.3.

Jamee Dean ride her Appoloosa Cool Ace in the Novice 2.3.

The promising combination of Catherine Mulvaney and her Off the Track Thoroughbred, Millenium City won the Preliminary 1.3.

Samantha Overall and Harvest Rafaela competed in the Novice 2.3.

Risa Watanabe riding September Rhapsody took third place in the Novice 2.3.

Kirby Aylett rode Tanlee Dark Thunder in the Pony 1.2.

Dominic Robertson rode Blandford Midnight Edition to take third place in the Pony 1.3.

Jayme Frost and Halik Fortayne won the Elementary 3.2.

Head Nurse of the Intensive Care department of Alice Springs Hospital, Fay Hatch has once again made her 1500 km yearly pilgrimage up the Stuart Highway. Fay rode PS Loftin to win the Medium 4.2 and 4.3.

Georgia Johnson rode Bloomfield Kalinga to third place in the Preliminary 1.2.

Jenny Jones rode her good looking Illarack Donnerge to second place in the Preliminary 1.3.

Stacey McKenna rode the "war wounded" Thoroughbred Eungella Guapa to produce a nice test in the Preliminary 1.2. Eungella Guapa only has one eye and a serious scar on a back leg but despite this looks well and seems to be a useful sport horse.

Bianca Twaddle rode Vivere to win the Preliminary 1.2 .
