Jamie Kermond has really got a tune out of 'Quiet Cassini' that less than a year ago did not look capable of the performance he has displayed at these Games. They made it through to the third round along with Edwina Alexander and earned four penalties again today over a serious 1.60m track that saw Jamie and the handsome stallion finish Individually in 41st place (out of 153).
Olympic Champion, Steve Guerdat representing Switzerland is pictured aboard his London ride, 'Nino Des Buissonnets'. Riding as an individual, as Switzerland did not qualify in the top ten, they jumped a beautiful clear round. They move in to the final 30 on Saturday in 25th place.
Oliver Lazarus riding for South Africa rode the gelding, 'Pour le Poussage' to post a clear round and move in to the fourth round on Saturday in 18th place.

The crowd went wild when French Team member, Penelope Leprevost jumped sensational clear aboard, the mare, 'Flora De Mariposa. The French gained the Silver Team medal and Penelope qualified for the top 30 in seventh place.
Marcus Ehning and 'Cornado NRW' make a picture perfect jump during the second round of Team competition. Hard to believe , but they lowered a fence, a 160m vertical at 12. They have qualified for the top 30 in 21st place.
