Eventing rider, James Lang has continued on from his successful Adelaide Royal and is pictured during the Part 3 jump off (art 238.2.2) class this morning riding his, 'Mousetang'.

Katie Clarke from the Western District of Victoria is picture aboard her lovely, 'Oaks Gunn' during the Part 3 jump off class.

Talented young rider, Brooke Langbecker, down in Victoria for the Australian Championships has included the Melbourne Royal Show in her southern tour before returning home to Queensland. Brooke is pictured aboard , 'Cil Dara Bonaparte' in the part 3 jump off class.

Angela Dobbin has every right to look calm and composed aboard John Wright-Smith's super, imported Ricardo mare, 'Yarra Valley Jelly Bean'. They have placed second in both the earlier Part 3 classes and today, out first in the jump off posted a time that could not be matched (by over 3 seconds) to win.

Newly crowned Australian Showjumping Champion, (as 2014) Dave Cameron left all the fences standing riding Tony Norman's 'Nicolette', however one time penalty kept them from the jump off of the Part 3 class this morning.

Queensland rider, Bronte Webb makes a nice picture aboard her, 'Aalamo' in the Part 3 class today.

Gippsland dairy farmer, Andrew Lamb is a pretty handy jumping rider and posted a double clear in the Part 3 class today aboard his, 'Dennison Park Discovery'. They just missed the placings on time.

Vicki Roycroft's Thoroughbred, 'St James Palace' was the only former racehorse in the Part 3 class today. Once the Thoroughbreds dominated but not any more. Talented purpose bred horses are dominating the competition. St James Palace may have somewhat of an awkward style, but he is nevertheless and careful and scopey jumper.

Successful Queensland rider, Merrick Ubank is pictured aboard Gemma Coleman's Vivant gelding, 'Vimoore' in the Part 3 jump off class today.

Successful eventing rider, Tallara Barwick jumped a good round in the Part 3 jump off class today aboard, 'Oaks Kosmo' but just missed a run in the jump off by one time penalty.

Brooke Campbell looks a picture of concentration and determination aboard her own and Lesley Hargreaves', 'Copabella Voltage' on their way to second place in the Part 3 jump off class today.

Kirsten Neil jumped two good rounds aboard G & S McCann's imported Belgian stallion, 'Dondersteen' to take fifth place in the strong Part 3 jump off class today.

Clint Beresford from Bega in NSW rode his scopey Daley K gelding, 'SL Donato' to take third place in the Part 3 class today.

Russell Hearn jumped two super clear rounds aboard his and Bernadette Hearn's talented, 'RBH Conmirro'. They finished just out of the money on time.

Part 3 is always an interesting section to watch as a bunch of new horses step up from novice competition to Royal Show jumping, somewhat of a rite of passage in Australia. Ally Lamb had a couple of talented youngsters and is pictured aboard her, 'Dennison Park Combat' that jumped clear and four in the Part 3 class today.

Amanda Madigan is pictured aboard Helen Chugg's careful Vivant mare, 'Velveeta' that jumped clear and four in the Part 3 class today.

Brook Dobbin won the Part 3 class yesterday aboard Michael Price and Wendy Keddell's lovely Chin Chin gelding, 'Finn' MVNZ, (pictured) but had to settle for sixth place today. Brook also took fourth place riding Wendy Keddell's, Carrado MVNZ (by Cassini II out of a Carrado mare). Certainly good jumping breeding is proving it's benefit at the 2015 Melbourne Royal Show.

Good horses make good riders, so it is no wonder Brooke Langbecker is a good rider. The Junior from South East Queensland rode her imported Cumano gelding, 'Cumo Z' to post three clear rounds and take second place in the 2015 Melbourne Royal Junior Grand Prix.

Queensland Junior, Brittany Murphy is pictured aboard her, 'She's A Diva' during the Junior Grand Prix.

"It's not the size of the horse in the jump that counts", as Elizabeth Ballard will tell you. The Burpengarry rider has won two Junior classes at Melbourne Royal this year aboard her wonderful and not so tall, 'Bramley Star'.

Tori Henderson did not have the best of rounds aboard her, 'Kinnordy Garcia' but all looks sweet over this oxer during the Junior Grand Prix.

Victorian Junior , Rose Stacey is pictured during the Junior Grand Prix aboard her Queensland bred, 'Warrego Chelsea'.

Brooke Langbecker is lucky enough to have the ride on Jessica Tripp's wonderful, 'Flowervale Diamond' and is making the most of every opportunity. They jumped three clear rounds to win the 2015 Melbourne Royal Junior Grand Prix.

Emily Van Sonsbeek is a talented Victorian rider and experienced in several disciplines. Emily rode , 'RSB Nicobar' to take third place in the tough Melbourne Royal Junior Grand Prix.

Tatum Latimer is pictured aboard her Grant Hughes produced, 'Emmaville Spice' during the 2015 Melbourne Royal Show Junior Grand Prix.

Yarra Valley rider, Georgia Plain is pictured aboard her, 'Mt Robinson's Ransom' during the Junior Grand Prix.

Matilda Alexander did not have the best of rides with her wonderful Thoroughbred, 'Hedge' who was a victim of his own bravery during the Junior Grand Prix.
