Greg Mickan rode Fiona Walsh's, 'Langtree Royal Affair' to win the class for Galloway Gelding 14-14.2hh as well as a number of other placings. That combined with victory in the class for Child's Galloway 14-14.2hh with Georgina Walsh in the saddle earned Royal Affair the inaugural Grand Parade Trophy presented by Melinda Ralph  for Most Successful Galloway worked out on a points system.
