2017 Sydney Royal Easter Show

It was wonderful this morning to see the Zone 19 Team , all in snaffle bridles win the class for Pony Club Flat Teams, Riders 13 AU 17 years. They are pictured with judges, Colleen Brook and Joanne Bensley holding the impressive David John Whitford perpetual Trophy. Team members included, Dylan Smith, Lucas Walsh, Khloe Anderson ans Mutesi Blake.

The Zone 10 Team comprising, Jasmine Kloster, Tamee Soriuven, Brianna Kelly and Brielle Powell took second place in the class for Pony Club Flat Teams, Riders 13 AU17 years.

Lucy Aldridge and her, 'Ollie Olay' were members of the winning Area 1 Pony Club Jumping Team.

Michelle Niass and her, 'Luck in Toyland' were members of the winning Area 1 Pony Club Jumping team.

Chloe Mannel, pictured aboard her , 'Gilmore Bits and Pieces' was a member of the equal third placed Area 5 Pony Club Jumping Team and was declared Best Girl Rider in the Pony Club Jumping event.

Caitlin Hackett and 'Greenwood Challenge' helped the Area 6 Pony Club Jumping Team to take equal third place in the PC Teams competition conducted in the Schmidt Arena this morning.

Area 2 Team member, Tiameeka Woodbury has her eyes on the next fence as her, 'Memorys' makes a good jump over the rainbow fence during the Pony Club teams Jumping competition this morning.

Amber Boik's, 'Springbank Bicardi' (Al Nebu Fahil/Sandgloss Sudden Impact) won the class for Buckskin Mare Four Years and Over, Over 14hh.

Anthony Mountney is pictured weaving his magic with Lori Howell's, 'Joemoor Special Girl' (Joemoor Splendor/Bramasky Golder Mist) that won the class for Buckskin Mare Four Years and Over, N/E14hh and went on to be declared Champion Mare/Filly and Supreme Champion Buckskin.

The Zone 3 Team of, Sophie McAllam, Catherine Blackburn, Hariet Collins and Molly Corbett are pictured working out in the class for Pony Club Teams, Riders Under 13 years.

The Zone 23 Pony Club Flat Team comprising, Maddison Edmondson, Rosie Kenny, Claudia Hughes and Jessica Callus took second place in the class for PC Teams Riders Under 13 Years.

Kathryn Hall's. 'Paulgren park Manhattan' (Karlamia Manhattan/Joemoor Debutante) took second place in the class for Buckskin Gelding Three Years and Under.

The Zone 19 Team of, Tess Mison, Holly Burgess, Charlotte Hawkins and Georgia Attard won the class for Pony Club Flat Teams, Riders Under 13 Years.

The Koorana Pony Stud's lovely, 'Koorana Classic Star' (Koorana Moonclassic/Koorana Royal Fanfare) won the class for Australian Pony mare Four Years and Over 13-14hh and took out the Australian Pony Mare Championship.

The Koorana Pony Stud's, 'Koorana Regal Fanfare' (Koorana Limited Edition/Koorana Royal Fanfare) won the class for Australian Pony mare Four Years and Over 12-12.2hh.

Kim Rath is pictured with her Reserve Champion Australian Pony Mare, 'Amaranda Glamour' (Amaranda Jaguar/A. Madam Goulash).

Anneliese Hughes has had a wonderful show and on the very last day of the 2017 Sydney Royal Easter Show she won the class for Pony Club Rider 11 AU 13 Years.

Brielle Powell won the class for Pony Club Rider 13 AU 15 Years.

The Pony Club riders arrive with much needed enthusiasm on the final (14th) day of the 2017 Sydney Royal Easter Show. Next years show will be shortened to 12 days; 23rd March to 3rd April. Katie Kennedy rode well to win the class for Pony Club Rider Under 11 Years.

We all love Lola! Sarah Olsen has had a successful show with her well performed, 'I Love Lola' and finished it off today with victory in the class for Pony Club Rider 15 AU 17 years.

How charming and in step are they! Olivia Carter and Wynter Schultz are pictured working out in the class for Pony Club Pairs, Riders Under 13 Years. Pair of Riders in the Pony Club events were very well supported, but the class has virtually vanished from most shows.

Ashley and Debbie Pratten's, 'Allambie Park Finesse' (Rothwell Toytown/Rothwell South Wind) was declared Champion Led Partbred Welsh Mare/Filly.

Jeffrey Perry's beautiful, 'Mio Mondo Latin Lover' (Mio Mondo Valentino/Janazarie Stardust) was declared Champion Stallion and Supreme Champion Australian Pony.

This beautiful face belongs to the Koorana Pony Stud's Junior Champion Australian Pony, the three year old colt, 'Koorana Royal Luck' (Koorana Royal Ambition/K. Early Dawn).

The 2017 Sydney Royal Easter Show Welsh Pony judge, Wendy Trimble is pictured with Lindy Walker and her, 'Kolbeach Royal Print' (Fernhill Fine Print/Ardenhall Royal Secret) that won the class for Ridden Part Welsh Stallion.
