South Australian rider Jamie Stichel is pictured making a good jump aboard her Kirby Park Irish Jordan gelding, 'Image Blue Ice' in the jumping phase of the RM Williams CIC 3* competition. The Three Star riders completed both their dressage and showjumping phases today. Jamie holds ninth place going in to the cross country phase tomorrow.

Young Rider, Sophie Landy from Tooradin in Victoria rode her lovely, 'ESB Golden Zone' to ninth place in the CCI Two Star competition.

Successful eventing rider and lawyer, Emma Mason jumped a lovely clear round riding Gerard Murphy's Thoroughbred gelding, 'Currabeha' to take fourth place in the CCI2*. The Tiger Hill gelding also claimed the Racing SA award for best performed Off The Track Horse.

This photograph of the CCI 2* winners, Andrew Barnett riding John and Bev He's, 'Bradgate Park Dante' speaks volumes. Fifth after the dressage with 45.90, they added nothing further to that score to win. Both Andrew and Dante, (by Dutchman) are in a beautiful and functional position over this fence. They have been on the cusp of a victory and demonstrated their class in front of a huge Adelaide crowd.

Young Rider, Shenae Lowings from WA rode her Northern Ariel gelding, 'Venture Sky High' to fifth place in the CCI2*.

Katja Weimann jumped a beautiful cross country yesterday riding her home bred Triathlete gelding, 'BP Escapade'. They held second place overnight and held that position for second place overall in the CCI2* with just one rail down.

Gemma Tinney led the CCI2* field in to the final phase riding Jane and John Pittard's, 'Annapurna', but two fences down saw them slip to third place. However, they won the Australian Young Rider Championships on the strength of their good performance.

The RM Williams CIC Three Star competition went to UK visitor, Oliver Townend who rode Tim Boland's 'Napoleon'. Megan Jones rode her homebred, 'Kirby Park Impress' to second place with Samantha Felton from New Zealand riding 'Ricker Ridge Pico Boo' to third place. Clint Beresford is really going to like Adelaide after his victory in the World Cup Qualifier today riding his super June Bug gelding, 'Emmerville Jitterbug'. The horse on the serious comeback trail after and injury lay off won the Adelaide Royal World Cup Qualifier in September. They jumped two super rounds to win with a fast double clear. Clint also took second place riding his SL Donato that jumped a double clear in a slower time. It was an outstanding effort by the young man from Bega in NSW.

Runner Up Australian Champion, Andrew Lamb rode his talented, 'CP Argento' to jump clear and eight for sixth place in the World Cup Qualifier. The performance was good enough for Andrew to claim the $10,000 bonus for the Dual Crown of Showjumping determined by a point score from the Australian Showjumping Championships and the Adelaide World Cup.

Popular South Australian jumping rider, Kristy Bruhn is pictured aboard her, 'Kay Em Bambalou' during the World Cup Qualifier conducted at the Australian International Three Day Event.

Nicole Bruggemann from Gawler rode her super Cavalier Royale mare, 'Lux Like Cavalier' to jump four and clear for fifth place in the World Cup Qualifier.

Robert Goodwin's super imported stallion, 'Co Pilot' jumped a good four penalty first round in the World Cup Qualifier.

All the way from Queensland, Stuart Jenkins rode his sensational home bred, 'Fairview Aliquidam' to take second place in the world Cup Qualifier with a two round total of one time penalty

Tegan Lush and 'Tempis Fugit' from Western Australia jumped a good clear round to take seventh place in the FEI Classics CCI Four Star event.

Stuart Tinney jumped a super clear aboard C & D Huskinson and his and Karen Tinney's, 'War Hawk' that finished sixth in the FEI Classics CCI Four Star competition.

Victorian veterinarian, Rohan Luxmoore declared that he "is living the dream" by competing at the Adelaide FEI Classics this year. Rohan would have been thrilled with his clear aboard 'Bells 'Whistles' in the final jumping phase. They finished in fifth place.

Andrew Cooper is pictured making a beautiful jump aboard Rebecca Zamel's, 'Evergem Perfection' during the final phase of the FEI Classics CCI Four Star. They took third place in the Four Star.

Popular eventing rider, Will Enzinger took second place in the FEI Classics CCI Four Star riding his Thoroughbred gelding, 'Wenlock Aquifer'.

And the winner is 'Clifford'. Hazel Shannon jumped a super clear round aboard Wendy Ward's Thoroughbred gelding that claimed just every prize that was going, including the SA Racing Off The Track Prize. They won the FEI Classics Four Star event adding just 0.4 cross country time penalties to their dressage score.
