Lehan Britten is pictured aboard her own, 'Fire Alert'. The lovely stallion was declared Top Ten in the Final of the Purebred Arabian Ridden Stallion on the well attended Saturday night judging.

Joanne Linsley rode the Rose Gum Arabians', 'Rose Gum Sundown' to make Top Ten in the Final of the Purebred Arabian Ridden Stallion Championship.

It certainly looks as if a good time was had by all. The three international halter judges, L-R Claudia Darius GER, Jack Maritz RSA and Cindy Reich USA. They were joined in their judging by Australians, Mieke Bigg and Annette Vickery.

The Ambition Investments P/L nomination, the beautiful, 'Klassical Presence MI' (Klass/Parada) shown by Cameron Bonney was declared 2016 Australian Champion Senior Purebred Mare.

The Jesris and Kharine Arabians', 'Jesris Bey Kaarizma' made Top Ten in the Final of the Senior Purebred Mare Championship.

The Sa'Vey Arabians and Westacres nomination, the lovely, 'Gemimah' took the Bronze award in the Senior Purebred Mare Championship.

Brittany Hardwick is pictured with Helen and Andrew Hardwick's, 'Burren-Dah Valentina Iimage' that claimed the Silver award in the Senior Purebred Mare Championship.

At the Saturday night Finals there was a prize for the best dance move in the audience. As you can see some familiar faces gave it their best shot. It certainly gave the evening a party atmosphere.

Tracie Montebello's 'Springtime Africa' was Champion Ridden Riding Pony earlier in the show and the combination form the Yarra Valley in Victoria made Top Ten on Sunday in the Senior Arabian Derivative Galloway/ Non Professional Handler Championship.

Vivian Motbey's 'Wishlist' made Top Ten in the Senior Arabian Derivative Galloway / Non Professional Handler Championship on Sunday morning.

Susan and Ralph Oberg's, 'Expressions FF' was declared Champion Senior Arabian Derivative Galloway / Non Pro professional Handler.

The Future Farms nomination, 'Seduction FF' was declared Reserve Champion Purebred Arabian Filly / Non Professional Handler.

Tanya Hoskings', 'Giselle V' was declared Champion Purebred Arabian Junior Filly / Non Professional Handler.

The Dertell children rode away with the major prizes in the Arabian/Arabian Derivative Bridle Path Hack Championship for Riders 11-14 Years. There was plenty of enthusiastic competition on the final day of the 2016 Australian Championships. In the glorious morning sunshine, Adelle Mahoney rode Nerida Morrish's, 'Aces Wild' to claim the Arabian/Arabian Derivative Bridle Path Hack / Riders 15-17 years Championship.

Claire Guiver rode her own, 'Riverland Lunar Eclipse' to claim the Arabian Derivative Ridden -Small-Large Hack / Non Professional Rider Reserve Championship.

Mel Clarke rode her own, 'Tallyho Velocity' to claim the Arabian Derivative Ridden Small/large Hack /Non Professional Rider Championship. They are pictured with judge, Clint Bilson.

Kununurra Show Ring Master, Andrea Dobson brought the Wyngura Arabians' 'Wyngura True North' all the way to Sydney from the WA/NT border, a five day drive. And Andrea looks pleased that she made the effort. The Purebred Stallion made Top Ten Senior Stallion and Reserve Champion Senior Purebred Stallion /Non Professional Handler.
