Kaitlin jumped a good and stylish four penalty round in the R & R Rural Contractors and Inspiration Paint Junior A2.

Talented young rider, Riley MacKillop has his heart et on a showjumping career. Riley is pictured aboard his, 'TM Admiral Venture' that took fifth place in the R & R Rural Contractors and Inspiration Paint Junior A2.

Regular Bega visitor, Andrew Lamb jumped a super round aboard his 'Dennison Park Discovery' in the Helen Slater and Family Bega Futurity. They were clear until the very last fence.

Canberra rider, Jamie Grant is pictured aboard, 'Cosmorex Coffee Vienetta' during the Helen Slater and Family Bega Futurity. They are pictured over the Slater Family fence. Helen Slater and her late husband Malcolm have been continuous sponsors at Bega for the past 20 years.

Melissa Backman rode her , 'Blackall Park Coloe' to seventh place in the Helen Slater and Family Bega Futurity.

Ron Parlevliet jumped a really promising four penalty round in the Helen Slater and Family Bega Futurity riding his Souvenir/Brilliant Invader bred, 'Koyuna Galaxy'.

Ally Lamb had three talented horses entered in the Helen Slater and Family Bega Futurity. She jumped clear on two, including , 'Denison Park Combat' by Clinton II (pictured) and had one time penalty on the third. Combat jumped clear and four to take fourth place.

New South Wales rider, James Arkins has burst on to the jumping scene with a great deal of success of recent times. James is pictured during the Helen Slater and Family Bega Futurity riding his, 'Aveden Indigo'.

Evergreen, Grand Hughes jumped a good first round clear in the Helen Slater and Family Bega Futurity riding his , 'Emmaville Charisma'. Grant jumped a slick second round, but on the tight turn to the last, Charisma slipped and they both toppled to the ground. nevertheless that took equal eighth place in the class.

University student, Stephanie Mackillop jumped two beautiful rounds aboard her talented and typey, Escudo 1 mare, 'Yirrkala Exclusive' to take second place in the Helen Slater and Family Bega Futurity.

Michael Cross rode his successful, 'Little Bear' to take third place in the Helen Slater and Family Bega Futurity.

Successful young jumping rider, Jamie Priestley experienced the highs and lows of showjumping literally today. She jumped a super first round clear in the Helen Slater and Family Bega Futurity aboard her, 'KS Optimus' and in the jump off had quite a spectacular fall. You certainly have to be tough as well as talented to be a successful jumping rider. Despite the fall Jamie took equal eighth place.

Last to go in the Helen Slater and Family Bega Futurity.jump off, Stephen Dingwall produced the winning ride aboard his , 'Dusky Farm Cavalier'. The talented eight year old bred by David and Robyn Robertson is by Champion For Pleasure out of an Imperial Seal Thoroughbred mare.

Ally Lamb jumped a super first round in the Helen Slater and Family Bega Futurity riding her imported Warrant stallion, 'Denison Park Emyl' They added just one time penalty and will certainly be a combination to watch in coming seasons.
