The Australian national Horseball Championships were conducted at the Equine Lifestyle Festival with competition over three days. The Carey's Freightliners Team in black and white and in possession of the ball won the National Junior championship , with the Goonoo Team in pink, the Reserve Champions.

South Australia took third place in the National Mounted Games Championship and this rider is pictured doing her best for the Team.

"Daisy takes a dive". Liz Barnes' ten year old Groodle, 'Daisy' makes a the out of ten entry in to the water during the Dockdogs water long jump competition.

This shark, sorry dog looks to be hitting the water at about 13'. He certainly gets top marks for costume, but the winner jumped 19 or so feet before hitting the water. This was an entertaining feature of the Equine Lifestyle Festival, even if it is Canine, but they do go with horses.

Cheryl Edwards rode her, 'Chelleason Magnum's Gold ' by Magnum 44 out of Windella Golden Wings to win Gold in the Professional, Purebred Division of the The Ultimate Arabian Horse competition which involved a hack section followed by a halter presentation with points allocated for both.

Katie Smith rode her own and L Britten's 'Miss Eminence' to claim the Gold medal in the Non Pro Section of the Purebred Ultimate Arabian Horse competition.

Five year old Julia Zaitser was having a great introduction to vaulting from Emily Jones of the Sydney Vaulting Club. Julia will have to wait until she is six years old until she can get to do this on a real horse.

Jazmine Nelson aboard, ' Sis' is pictured in very tough conditions during the Juvenile Draft today. She completed the course for a score of 82.
