Professional Cutting trainer and rider, Aaron Wheatley was producing a great run aboard Sasha Mason's, 'CDS Key Player' but unfortunately with just seconds to go they lost the cow.

Rebecca Lund is pictured with Heath Redwood's beautiful, 'Unique Icon'. The successful Standardbred stallion that won $230,000 in racing prizemoney took part in the Kelato Breeds Championship. The duo was sashed Runners-Up by an extremely small margin and winners of the people's choice award!

Daniel Wojcik's imported Peruvian Paso stallion , 'RDFL Sol De Florencita' is pictured with his trainer, Enrique Subauste during the Kelato Breeds Championship. Enrique came all the way from Carson City in the USA to show the beautiful horse at Equitana 2014.

The Terarossa Lodge Friesian's' 'Braggo' has had a big few days. The six year old imported stallion arrived in Australia twelve months ago was selected to be ridden by Charlotte Dujardin in her masterclass as well as other clinic commitments. Today he was declared Kelato Breeds Champion.

Way Of The Horse contestant, Bianca Gillanders built a good relationship with her chosen horse and got to the point of sitting on it. She created a good foundation and took equal second place in the challenge.

Bruce O'Dell got aboard his horse first and it went very well for him, including going over the blue plastic tarp. The mare performed like a more seasoned horse for Bruce and he was declared 2014 Equitana Way Of The Horse Champion

Way Of The Horse contestant, Kane Lamperd made good progress with his chosen horse and took it steady. He rode it at walk, trot and canter in the round yard and took equal second place in the Equitana 2014 Way Of The Horse Challenge. Sandi Simons spoke for the judges saying how impressed they were with all three contestants and that the real stars of the show were the horses.

The Double Dans needed not to have worried about keeping the Sunday afternoon crowd. The always entertaining pair kept everyone in their seats from 4.30pm-7pm on and entertaining last Sunday of the 2014 Equitana Melbourne.

Heath Ryan, Dirk Schrade and Warwick Schiller joined in the Sunday afternoon fun with the Double Dans with all three swapping horses and disciplines much to the delight of the crowd. All three were great entertainers and horseman.

Dan James as Tonto gave Heath Ryan a run for his money and entertained the large crowd in a dressage freestyle demonstration.

Brett Parbery took on Megan Jones in a Roman Ride Challenge organised by the Double Dans on the final Sunday afternoon presentation at Equitana Melbourne 2014.

International guests aside, no one was more popular and a better sport at Equitana 2014 than Eventing Olympic Silver Medallist, Megan Jones. She was signing autographs, competing in the Ride and Drive, the Express Eventing and she also took part in and gave a good demonstration of Roman Riding and will ever after be called "Wonder Woman".
