Horseland PCAV State Dressage and Showjumping Championships 2015

Carleen Hefel representing West Gippsland Zone, rode Rubin to seventh place in Grade PA.

Wearing some very trendy sunglasses, Maddison Clark from North Metro Zone, guided Northern Irresistible around the courses to finish in overall fifth place in Grade PA

Sophia Landy from West Gippsland Zone rode Prince Edward to overall fourth place in the Grade PA Championship, after winning the two round event and placing eighth in the two phase class.

Olivia Osborne representing North Eastern Zone, rode the careful Pete to sixth place in the Grade PA Championship.

Melissa Backman from East Gippsland Zone consistently rode Blackall Park Chloe to place 2nd and 3rd in the two classes to be overall Reserve Champion in Grade PA.

Alexandra Robinson representing North Eastern Zone rode her well performed and great little horse, Sir Dozer to place 1st and 2nd in the two classes to take out the Grade PA Championship.

Sofia Perks riding Good Golly Miss Molly from East Gippsland Zone, placed overall third in the PA Grade Championship with two 4th placings.

Courtney Thompson from South Metro Zone rode Danny Boy to win the PC Grade Two Phase event.

Steph Carfrae and EP Griswould represented West Gippsland Zone and placed third in the PC Grade Two Phase event.

Isabelle Cowley rode Parklands Marlee for Central Zone and placed second in the PC Grade Two Phase event.

There were many breeds represented at the PCAV State Dressage and Showjumping Championships and they had all qualified at Zone Qualifying events. Rebekah Male from East Gippsland Zone rode her careful Standardbred Hope, in the PC Grade Showjumping.

Cara Hanlon from North Metro Zone rode Smarty Class to ninth place in the PC Grade Two Phase event.

Belinda Biley from South Metro Zone rode Boys Play to fifth place in the PC Grade Two Phase event.

All equine colours, breeds and sizes were represented at the 2015 PCAV Dressage and Showjumping Championships. Georgia Hocking and Spot from West Gippsland Zone, flew the flag for the Appaloosas.

Jaidy Borsi and Flame represented Barwon Zone in the PC Grade Showjumping.

Destinee Stubbs and Major Look Merlin make a very nice picture during their PC Grade Two Phase round for North Metro Zone.

Sophie Blake from South Metro Zone rode Classic Gold to eighth place in the PC Grade Two Phase event.

Tamiesha Kelly riding Jinx Me Jane for South Metro Zone placed fourth in the PB Grade Two Phase event.

Kristen Lenne and Highview Park Reload represented Central Zone and took second place in the PB Grade Two Phase event.

Peta Chalmers from Northern Zone rode Mono Rock to sixth place in the PB Grade Two Phase event.

Erin Phillips representing North Metro Zone, rode Triton Park Phoenix to ninth place in the PB Grade Two Phase event.

Laura Laffarty from Wannon Zone rode her Of The Track Thoroughbred, Ballysteen to win the PB Grade Two Phase event.

Madison Perryman rode Sir Dougal for Northern Zone to eleventh place in the PB Grade Two Phase event.

Brianne Cole looks to be having a good time riding Harry Frost for Midland Zone to eight place in the PB Grade Two Phase event.

On another very hot day, Tarly MacDonald representing Barwon Zone rode Jackie to fifth place in the PB Grade Two Phase event.

Sarah Hair from East Gippsland Zone rode Splashes to third place in the PB Grade Two Phase event.

Chelsea Gerring from Midland Zone rode Shadowpark Dream to seventh place in the PB Grade Two Phase event.

Katie Lacombe and George representing South Metro Zone produce some good looking form on their way to tenth place in the PB Grade Two Phase event.

There were a number of Off The Track horses in both the dressage and showjumping events of the PCAV Championships, but Tara's Halls did stand out as a delightful horse. Ridden by Grace McLean for West Gippsland zone in the PB Grade Showjumping he showed good form without being as quick as some of the others but he was quick on the track winning $135,000.

Kyle Cant from East Gippsland Zone rode his Toucan Sam to eight place in the PA Grade with a ninth place in both classes.
