Kunanurra Show, WA

The Kununurra Showgrounds were rather like a time warp, but in a wonderful way. The grounds are home to the Ord River Magpies AFL team and are well maintained with plenty of green grass about despite the 34 degrees. The show is friendly and fun, typified by a competition for "The most deformed fruit and veg' and the "Melon Olympics".
