PCA NSW State Championships

Jett Newman jumped a good round on her wonderful Welsh pony, Glenview Traveller in Class 1 of the State Jumping Equitation Championships 11 and under 13 years. Each rider jumps four rounds, two today and two tomorrow.

Shay Newman from Hills District Pony Club and Aramanda Otis looked good in Class 1 of the Equitation 11 and under 13 years.

Katelyn Staples from Goulburn Pony Club looked stylish riding Can't Believe in Class 1 of the Equitation Championships.

Megan Baker from the local Oaks Pony Club produced a nice round aboard her scopey mare, Cottonsocks W in Class 1 of the Equitation Championship.

On a very windy and cold winter's day, Zoe Campbell from Corindi Pony Club rode WPD Jacquetta in Class 2 of the 13 and under 15 years Equitation Championship.

Emily Moore representing the Oaks Pony Club rode Wilton Park Rhyme in the Equitation Championship for Riders 13 and under 15 years.

Rebecca Sanford from the Vines Pony Club rode her Partbred Arabian, Aloha Desert Berry in Class 2 of the Equitation Riders 13 and under 15 years.

Jasmine Cox and Little Paddocks Aria from Helensburgh Pony Club look stylish and very well turned out in Class 2 of the Equitation 13 and under 15 years. Riders are given a turnout mark along with a number of other marks for things like leg position, paces and upper body position, plus marks for three tasks during the round.

Olivia Johnson from Mangrove Mountain Pony Club rode King Louie in the Equitation 13 and under 15 years. It was impressive seeing so many well turned out riders trying hard to produce stylish jumping rounds at a suitable jumping pace. At these Championships riders are lucky to have wonderful jumping riders like Colleen Brook judging.

Jacinta Bell from Londonderry Pony Club completes the third task, a long release over the last fence, while Rocksbury Oliver Twist produces a very nice jump in the Equitation 13 and under 15 years.

Tahlia Coleiro from Glenorie Pony Club works at the long release while Hillcrest All About Marvin jumps a nice fence in the Equitation 13 and under 15 years.

Jasmine Haynes representing Lake Conjola Pony Club rode Daybreak Del Pietro to jump a nice fence in the Equitation 13 and under 15 years.

Grace McGlinchey from Kiama Pony Club rode the delightful Timmy in the Equitation 13 years and under 15 years.

Julia Percy from Forest Hills Pony Club jumped a good and stylish round aboard Amaranda Maggie Way in the Equitation 13 and under 15 years. Amaranda Maggie Way is breed by the passionate pony breeder Peter Taubman.

Maddison Jones from Mangrove Mountain Pony Club rode the beautifully turned out, King Khan in the Equitation 13 and under 15 years. With two more rounds tomorrow the overall Championship will be tough to win.

Both Alice Langley from Narrandera Pony Club and her pinto mount Phoenix looked very good in the Equitation 13 and under 15 years.

Jorjah Drysdale from Milton Pony Club and Yak Medallion produced a stylish round in class 2 of the 11 and under 13 Equitation.

The beautifully turned out combination of Alyssa Smith and Smokey from Gearys Gap Pony Club jumped a good round in the Equitation 11 years and under 13 years.
