2016 Sydney Royal Easter Show

Angela Dobbin and her 'Yarra Valley Jelly Bean' appear as if they are floating and certainly the super mare can really fly. They took second place in the last Part 3 class of the 2016 Sydney Royal Easter Show.

Kathy Brammall drove her own, Steve Brammall and the Nirrang Stud's, 'Mirrabella Lady Lass' that was declared Champion Shetland In Harness.

Clint Beresford from Bega hit form in the final Part 3 class for the show riding his 'SL Donato' that jumped a good double clear to win the class.

As expected, Vince Corvi had a wonderful day in the ring with a number of harness exhibits. Vince is pictured driving the Corvi, Beggs and Cowan nomination, 'Hudson Valentina' to claim the Champion Hackney Horse award.

Rick Jones won the class for Hackney Horse Over 15hh with the Jones and Bensley nomination, 'Cherry Farm Sir Thomas'

Joanne Dorman drove her own, Darren and Jessy Dorman's, 'Ashwoods Captivation' to take out the Hackney Horse Reserve Championship.

Emily Riley is pictured aboard her talented, 'Rhapsody In Blue' that took third place in the Part 2 jump off class today.

Julie Bullivant drove Neil Shipard's well performed, 'Lakevale Zipper' to claim the Non Hackney Pony Reserve Championship.

Successful Victorian exhibitor, Stuart Ryan is pictured at the reins of his, 'Stillbrook Tiger Lilly' that won the class for Non Hackney Pony 13-14hh.

Karen Sullivan and Carolyn Sharwood's, 'Arena Flame of Fire' won the class for Non Hackney pony 10-12.2hh Suitable For and Driven by a Lady.

Heather and Phillip Oxenham's splendid pair, 'Benwerrin park lady Audra and Demore Park Mason' took second place in the class for Four Wheeled Turnout/Team of Two Horses.

Amanda proctor drove the Rag and Proctor Show Team's, 'Glenwood Limited Edition' to take out the Hackney Pony Reserve Championship.

Michelle Ritchie claimed her fourth Champion Pinto Mare/Filly and her third consecutive Supreme Led Pinto award with her, 'Moonwind Park Prosperity' (Daiquiri HolySmokin Jo/Delaridge Moon).

New Zealand international jumping rider jumped a sensational round against the clock aboard her, 'Amaretto MVNZ' to take out the prestigious Part 1 EFA Perpetual Cup.

The show visitors might not like the rain, but Billy Raymont's, 'Stardom' loves it a bit wet under foot. The Thoroughbred gelding jumped well again today to take third place in the EFA Cup. Billy also took second place riding Anton.

Peter and Sue White and Lady Synnot's, 'Indi Maverick' took out the Mrs Emma Bull Memorial Perpetual Trophy for Champion Sulky/Buggy Horse.

Bronwen Pratt rode her, 'Shamazan Wildthing' to win the class for Ridden Pinto Stallion/Mare/Gelding N/E 14hh

Verity Muscat's, 'Little G Kid Coady' won the class for Ridden Pinto Stallion/Mare/Gelding 14-15hh and went on to be declared Best Ridden Pinto.

Now his looks like fun. Val Dewsbury is pictured driving her own and the Moongully Farm's delightful team of Shetlands to victory in the class for Shetland Pony Business Turnout.

Certainly an impressive sight. Dean (driving) and Esmay Rheinberger's splendid team of Clydesdales, 'Benwerrin Park Cabe, Demore Park Mason, Murroka Compass and Murroka Harmonica' took out the Multiple Horse Business Turnout Championship.
