2016 Sydney Royal Easter Show

Sydney Royal is no ride in the park, or is it? Four young riders, Jess Marnie, Matilda Longbottom, Monte Breust and Isabella Cross-Winston enjoy some chill out time in Bicentennial Park. The park is a wonderful facility available to the Sydney competitors.

Joanne Stewart rode the Rafferty Horse Rugs' nomination, 'Kolbeach Contessa' to take third place in the class for Open Heavyweight Galloway 14-14.2hh.

Di MacDonald rode the Romsey Park and Dimity Crowe nomination, 'Foxall Unforgettable' to fifth place in the class for Open Heavyweight Galloway 14-14.2hh

Ali Berwick rode her own, Rebecca Crane and Billy Raymont's nomination, 'France' by Fisherman's Friend to win the class for Open Show Hunter Hack Over 16.2hh and they went on to be declared Champion Show Hunter Hack.

Mark Kenzig is pictured aboard his own and Michelle Labahn's nomination, 'Rogue Trader R' by Regardez Moi that took third place in the strong lass for Open Show Hunter Hack Over 16.2hh.

Troy Wilson is pictured aboard his lovely, imported Samba Hit mare, 'Shakira LP' that took sixth place in the class for Open Show Hunter Hack Over 16.2hh.

Josh Clarke rode John De Marco and Georgia Grenwell's Best Novice Show Hunter, 'Rotsdom' by Rotspon to win the class for Open Show Hunter Hack 15-15.2hh.

Laura Tremain's, 'LS Crimescene' took second place in the class for Open Show Hunter Hack 15-15.2hh

Eliza Babazogli's, 'HT Lend Me Some Magic' took fifth place in the class for Open Show Hunter Hack 15-15.2hh.

A very pleased looking Greg Mickan rode the Romsey Park and Terry van Heythuysen's nomination, 'Royalwood Black Swan' to win the class for Open Lightweight Galloway 14-14.2hh

Anthea Wright did the honours with the Wright Family's 'Valleyview Glitterbug' to win the class for Led Australian Saddle Pony Mare 4 Years and over N/E 12.2hh.

Damien Judd is pictured with his own and Elle and Mardi Mangan's 'Moorlands Artistry' that won the class for Led Australian Saddle Pony Filly 3 Years and Under N/E 14.2hh.

Sue Thompson rode her own and the Romsey Park's outstanding nomination, 'Royalwood Opening Night' to win the class for Open Lightweight Galloway 14.2-15hh.

Chelsea Morelli rode the Morelli Family and Joanne Prestwidge's nomination, the successful, 'AP First Impressions' to fifth place in the class for Open Lightweight Galloway 14.2-15hh.

Emma Adams rode Trish Steadman-Towell's Grand National Supreme Hack Exhibit, 'Royalwood Concerto' to second place in the class for Open Lightweight Galloway 14.2-15hh.

Amy-Lee Holborn-Quirk rode her own and the GC Equestrian's, 'Walden Park Columbus' by Carbine to win the class for Open Show Hunter Hack 16-16.2hh.

Tess O'Connor rode her own and Stephanie O'Connor's, 'D'Artagnan' to take third place in the class for Open Show Hunter Hack 16-16.2hh.

Sophia Redenback from Borenore in NSW rode her eye catching grey, 'Daydream Believer' by Remi Daley to win the class for Child's Show Hunter Hack. They also took fifth place in the Open 16-16.2hh class.

Coco Dulhunty rode 'Wallaroo Carnival' in the Young Rider Jump Off class.

Eliana Dery from Paddington in NSW rode her gleaming, 'Black Currency' to take third place in the Young Rider jump off class today.

Well known and successful handler, Luke Stuart-Smith led the S Benthien and S Beresi nomination, 'Karma Park National Girl' (Wesswoods Raven Caste/El Raz Tequila Rose) to win the class for Arabian Derivative Mare 3 Years and Over 14-15hh. They went on to claim Mare/Filly Championship and the Supreme Led Arabian Derivative award.

Amy Geleedst's beautiful, 'Crack A Lackin' (Gold N Wings/Terrell Ellitte) took second place in the class for Arabian Derivative Mare 3 years and over 14-15hh and went on to be declared Reserve Champion Arabian Derivative Mare/Filly.

Madeline Sinderberry from Condobolin in NSW rode her super, 'Fernhill Zin Zan' to win the Young Rider jump off class today.

Ruby McAuliffe looks delighted to be out on the Spotless Arena on day 11 of the 2016 Sydney Royal Easter Show. She was one of the riders that took equal sixth place in the Leading Rein Pony Class.

A handsome pair and the pony is pretty good too. Simon Durante was on the end of the leading rein and Chase Jackson rode Karen Shaw's 'Xanadu of Sefton' to win the Leading Rein Pony class.

Rachael Wessel rode her lovely and impressive Royal Hit mare, 'Bella Rossa' to take second in the class or Open Show Hunter Hack Over 16.2hh. They went on to win the Lady's Show Hunter class and continued on to claim the Show Hunter Hack Reserve Championship

Sarah Ryan rode her own, Riley Kent and the GC Equestrian's nomination, 'Dicavalli Royal Gianni' to win the class for Open Show Hunter Hack 15.2-16hh.

Joanne Parry rode her well performed Galloway, 'Teeona Charlie Brown' to win the class for Ridden Australian Saddle Pony Mare/Gelding 13.2-14.2hh and thy went on to take out the Australian Saddle Pony Ridden Championship and with it the HB And AG Haydon Memorial Perpetual Trophy.

Joanne and Emma Hutchinson's, 'Springtime Park Exclusive Footage' worked well to win the class for Child's Ridden Australian Saddle Pony N/E 14.2hh

Kayla Webb rode her own, Paul Austin and Mark Llley's, 'Silkwood Playboy' to claim the Ridden Australian Saddle Pony Reserve Championship.
