These young spectators had a birdseye view of the showring from the top of the grandstand. Many of the children found great delight in playing in the pools of water left from the overnight heavy rain and very early morning storms that swept through the Kilkivan area.

A 5th place in the final Overall placing of the 2 Year Old Futurity for Terese Humphreys riding filly 'Welbatch Verdeloo' sired by 'Boonara Mentor'. Terese also was awarded the Encouragement award in the 2 Year Old Futurity.
Kelly Wallen started her success for the weekend as the Overall Winner of the 2 Year Old Futurity, the Owner Rider Award and the High Point Award with her gelding 'Regal Bling' sired by 'Regal Power'.
Kayleen Sutton and 'Milly Millions' sired by 'Dinkum Pepsi' took out the 3 Year Old Futurity Working Section and finished 2nd place in the Overall for the Futurity.
The lineup of the winners of the 4 Year Old Maturity working section was 1st placing going to Huon Smith's mare 'Boonara Part Girl' and also Huon took out =2nd with Gwen McMillan's 'Donrica Clydie' and with his mare 'Boonara Surreal', =4th place went to 'Glencoe Resolution' owned by Gwen McMillan ridden by Jim Daley and 'Mallanganee Wellshot' owned by N&J. Chiconi ridden by Gary Hickmott.
Aleesha Bright was the winner of the Highpoint Youth 8 - 12 years in the Youth Challenge riding 'Bunda'.

Mike Davies and his stallion 'Mintoka True Grit' took out 1st place in the Cattle Working section of the 4 Year Old Maturity. The classes earlier in the day had proved to be a challenge for competitors and everyone involved with the grounds a wet gluggy mess, but when it came to the cattle working later in the day, the camp put forward yet another challenge for riders and cattle.
The winner of the Led section for the 3 Year Old Futurity was Dave Wiseman's stallion 'Koorala Ace of Spades' sired by 'Palmers Fort Abdul' out of 'Koorala Dusty Belle'.
Natalie Lonard's stallion 'Quartpot Docs Return' from sire 'QP Double Doc' out of 'Lazy D Lookin Spectacular' was the winner of the Led section of the 4 Year Old Maturity.
Winner of the Yearling Futurity was Dave Wiseman Jnr's entry 'Koorala Country Rose' a filly by 'Bluff Downs Basalt' out of 'Koorala Black Rose'.
Little 3 year old youth competitior Emma Ravenscroft appeared to be enjoying her participation in the 7 years & under competition riding 'Twinkle'.
Youth Challenge competitor Reid Dehnert rode 'Royal Scottish Rose' to win the Encouragement Award. Reid also placed 1st in the 12 & under Junior Juding competition.
Gary Hickmott riding 'Benalla Aami' sired by 'Stanton Stud Black Breeze' placed 2nd in the Working section of the Open Challenge and 3rd in the Campdraft section.
Difficult going in the heavy conditions of the grounds but President of the Gympie ASHS Branch, Ian Atthow and his stallion 'Kirkbys Stud Omaha' by 'Warrenbri Omega' from 'Windra Bet' put on an impressive workout to win the Working section of the Open Challenge.
