Scott Wallis from Townsville had an enjoyable day stewarding for his fiancee Jade. After a 17 hour drive to meet up with Jade who travelled up from Wauchope, it was an opportunity too good to miss, spending some time together.

Judges Jade Pollard from Wauchope & Bronwyn Parker from Young had a great day judging & even though the grey sky threatened rain a few times, they enjoyed the warmer weather that Qld had to offer.

The final event for the day was the coming together of the two Grand Champions for the Supreme Hack of the Show Award, the Patricia Barnewall Memorial Trophy. Both competitors were to each do their workouts, then remove the saddle & present their horse to the two judges for a led section. Kirsty Harper-Purcell who rode CHRISTOPHER ROBINS was the winner of the Grand Champion Show Hunter Hack and was presented with a rug, garland & a cheque for $500. Her final success for the day was taking out the Supreme Hack of the Show, pictured with judges Bronwyn Parker & Jade Pollard.
