Sundale Shivanah exhibited by Melissa Ellery from Midland in Western Australia was declared Champion Show Hunter. With the Classic running back to back with the Australian Championships, exhibitors have come from all States and Territories of Australia.

GD Farrell's, Proclaim won the class for Show Hunter Purebred Male.

Mark Kiddle rode his own and Donna Taff's, Chareze Park Sophistication to be declared Supreme Champion Ridden Novice Exhibit and Supreme Champion Intermediate Exhibit.

Shiranna Valentino, exhibited by Shiranna Arabians was declared Reserve Champion Arabian Riding Pony Entire after placing second in the Riding Pony Colt 2 and 3 years.

Ascot Choir Master exhibited by Hearthrob Arabians and Future Farms, and shown by Christian Rebsdorf, was declared Champion Arabian Riding Pony Entire.

Richard Sharman from Queensland, drove Jangharm Arabian's, Baranski to win the Horse in Harness.

On a cold and wet Melbourne night, the Arabian Junior Halter classes and Costume events were conducted from 7pm until a time tabled close of 11.45pm. The first event was the inaugural perpetual Avondale Trophy for a yearling purebred Arabian bred by a resident Victorian. The inaugural winner was Vaya (Shakla's Fame N Fortune x Avondale Special) shown by Kate Dertell and exhibited by Krishlah Arabians and Future Farms.

El Raz Mystique (Malabu x El Raz Saamarah) shown by Michelle Lando under the Victorian flag and exhibited by El Raz Arabians took fifth place in the Avondale Trophy.

Future Farm's, Thorpeville Silver Dollar, ridden by Ben Thompson, won the class for Intermediate Arabian Pony Mare or Gelding.

Joanne Krog rode the Krog's Family Anck-So-Namun to be declared Champion Pure Bred Intermediate Ridden.

Gleniph Sovrenity exhibited by Gleniph Arabians and Future Farms and ridden by a busy Ben Thompson, took second place in the Intermediate Partbred Arabian Mare or Gelding.

No one was complaining about the rain after Victoria's longest dry period on record. However, Christine Gale riding Jesris and Kharine Arabian's, Cedarwood Lodge Kumait coped some of the worst conditions during the Purebred Bridle Path Hack, but they still managed sixth place.

Penmarric Stud's, Penmarric Dennehy won the class for Bridle Path Hack Derivative and went on to be declared Reserve Champion Bridle Path Hack.

Mulawa Stud's, Sovereign Wings ridden by Daniella Dierks was declared Champion Bridle Path Hack.

Lac-La_Biche Play Boy exhibited by M. Lewis and ridden by Mandy Lewis won the class for Duel Registered Pony 14h and under and went on to be declared Champion Dual Registered Ridden.

Courtney Bird rode her Keira Park Take A Bow to win the class for Dual Registered Galloway.

Rhonda Morrish's, Misarra Angelique was declared Reserve Champion Dual Registered Ridden after coming second in the Dual Registered Pony.

Quarryview Rodeo Drive exhibited by T, S and C. Nolan won the Youth Bridle Path Hack rider 14 years and under.

Chelleason Golden Emperor exhibited by Angie Nicholls and Future Farms, ridden by Emma Adams, won the Intermediate Partbred Arabian Mare or Gelding and went on to be declared Reserve Champion Intermediate Derivative Ridden.

Emma Crocker rode her Warrawee Highlight to win the Youth Bridle Path Hack rider 15 years and under 18 years and went on to be declared Champion Youth Bridle Path Hack.

Amberglade Curra-Mir exhibited by Christine Kowald was declared Reserve Champion Youth Bridle Path Hack after placing second in the Youth Bridle Path Hack 15-18 yrs.

Yarradene Arabian's, Yarradene Rhapsody shown by Jayne Bellchambers won the class for Arabian Stock Horse Yearling any sex.

Aloha Stud's Aloha Varekia shown by Jim Triggs, was declared Reserve Champion Arabian Stockhorse.

Woranora Genevieve exhibited by Syrah Arabians and ridden by Wade Bailey took second place in the Show Hunter Derivative 14h and under.
