Wayne Kiely put his Combined Transport to the personal test and brought his 'Mahogany' from Perth in Western Australia to the 2005 Nationals. 'Mahogany' was 12th in the Mitavite Medium 4.4 with 62.36%.

International rider, Glennis Barrey won the Holiday Intermediate 1 with 67.25% riding her Classico II and was third in the Gow Gates Intermediate Freestyle with 68.92%.

Rozzie Ryan rode her super expressive stallion 'Jive Magic' to take ninth place in the Koffels Prix St Georges Championships with 64.20%. Jive's full brother, 'Chatam Park Jac' by Jazz out of Kind of Magic, owned and ridden by Rachael Sanna won the Prix St Georges with an impressive 71.50%, with all the judges in agreement. Rozzie later in the day won the Gow Gates Intermediate Freestyle riding, Susie Duddy's Donna Carrera scoring 70.02%.

Victorian rider, Gitte Donvig was sixth in the Mitavite Medium 4.3 (62.82%) and ninth in the 4.4 with 63.15% riding her Donnerheist gelding, 'Don Armani'.

Sandra Baljeu another rider from Victoria rode her delightful Anglo Arab by Warrawee Dundee, 'Mt William Perelin' in the Mitavite Medium Championships.

Well-known eventing rider, Tarsha Hammond did well with her 'Messiah' by Medallion to take fourth place in the Mitavite Medium 4.4 with 66.31%.

Experieced dressage campaigner, Rachel Hunter did well in the Mitavite Medium Championships with her 'Jaybee Archer' by Aachimedies.

NSW Young Rider, Cassie Tonkin rode her 'Orana Australis' in the Mitavite Medium Championships.

Judy Dierks was second in both the Mitavite Medium 4.3 and 4.4 riding Andrea Beatty's imported De Niro gelding, 'PSI De Caprio'.

Nicholas Fyffe and 'Ferrero Rocher' make an elegant silhouette against the arena entrance during their Horseland Medium Advanced Freestyle. Nicholas from NSW won the class with Jenny Rapson's imported stallion by Florestan and was second riding his own Don Ramiro gelding, 'Donizetti'.

Rebecca Forrest from the ACT was second in the Ammo All Wormer Novice 2.3 (66.07%) and ninth in the 2.4 (65.06%) riding her Warmblood/Thoroughbred, 'XL Overtime'.

Jenny Gehrke from Queensland rode her Gullit mare, 'Gitane' to win the Ammo All Wormer Novice 2.3 (69.20%) and take third place in the 2.4 with 67.33% and go on to take out the 2005 Novice Championship.

Tor Van Den Berg has had a successful competition. He rode Jaybee Alabaster to claim the Medium Championships (today, yeaterday the Elementary) and 'Jaybee Colleen' by Carbine today. 'Colleen' owned by Bev Edwards took ninth place in the Ammo All Wormer Novice Championships.
