Michael Wilson got a grand day off to a good start by taking out the Working Stallion Over Five Years Championship with the Wildraft Partnership's successful 'Soda Justice' (Warrenbri Romeo/Nabinabah Twinkle).

Kelly Britton with 'Turners Stud Lucy' (Turners Stud Bobby/Turners Stud High Gloss) in action during the Working Mare Five Years and Over, Over 15hh class.

Brittany McGlone took out the Supreme Hack award with the outstanding performer, 'Secretdown Kelly's Secret' (The Echo Rivoli Relic/Miss Bannerman).

Kayleen Shea from Queensland has a super show with her Three Year Old Filly, 'Notus Dente' (Clovelly Tradition/Notus Downs Pasta Joke). Seventh in the National Futurity, the typey young mare won the Working Three Year Old Filly class and went on to be declared Reserve CHampion Working Three Year Old.

Geoff Wallen is having a successful Nationals. His victories include the Working Three Year Old Colt class with his 'Doongara Power Patrol' (Regal Power/Ophie Zoe) which went on to be declared Champion Working Three Year Old.

Jodie Smith from Milton awaits her turn to work with 'Wooloomolan Gabbie' (Yallara Romero/W Forget Me Nor). The mare was third yeaterday in the tough Hack Mare Over Five Years NE 15hh class.

Jan Taylor who declares herself, "just a sheep farmer from Longreach" won the Novice Working Mare, the Mare Over Five Years Over 15hh class and the Working Mare Championship with her six year old, 'Boree Skate' (Four Hu Stud Volant/ Kirkby's Stud Ice). Jan declared afterwards that she "must have been doing something right". Indeed she was as the mare although not flashy, was absolutely correct.

Naish Hogan with his wonder-stallion, 'Knights Nicholas' (Warrenbri Romeo/Dall Bar She's Tops). The well-performed Led and Hack stallion is an outstanding Campdrafter and is demonstrating great form Reining. He was the first ASH stallion to export semen to the USA and was part of the Helmsman Stallion Auction at the Nationals this year.

Robin Lawson from Mani Cumnock in Central West NSW took time out from keeping everyone very well fed to have a ride on the Lone Pine Stud's successful 'Joshua John'.

Here , L-G Geoff rides his gelding, 'Pullenvale Money and Power' (Regal Power/Revenue) to take out the Working Two Year Old Championship, with Allan riding his colt, 'Ervines Rollex' (Warrenbri Omega/Ervines Recoil) to claim Reserve.
