'MJAY FORTUNE' exhibited by Melise Tuma -Webb was the winner of the Led section of the National Maturity.

The Lawson Family's 'LAWSONS LUCY' was ridden by David Lawson in the National Maturity to place 5th in the Led Section of the National Maturity and 2nd in the National Maturity Plate.

The clear sunny conditions early in the day quickly were replaced with heavy cloud, low temperatures, freezing conditions as parts of NSW were blanketed with heavy snow, a most unusual occurance for the final days of Spring.

'GREENVALE REQUEST' ridden by Fred Miles and owned by B. Brooker placed 3rd in the National Maturity Plate.

'WATCHIRS STAR' ridden by Madalyn Watchirs won the Hack section of the National Maturity.

'CEEKAY JAY KATIE JAY' ridden by Warwick Lawrence placed 2nd Overall in the National Maturityand placing =2nd Working and =5th in the Hack section after winning the Futurity with his other mount.

'HYDEOUT FREEMAN' ridden by Iain Hyde placed overall in the National Maturity after placing 2nd in the Working section.

Jim Callinan found that announcing and being a fill in steward was not enough to keep himself busy that he put on another hat, well just about, when he became the 'Official Hat Picker Upper' during the working section of the National Maturity. The gusty wind perfectly removed and blew away many competitors hats during their workouts.

Warwick Lawrence rode 'CEDAR DOWNS MINIMAX' to win the National Maturity after winning the Working section , 2nd in the Hack section and 4th in the Time Trial section.

Jay Charnock rode 'EFFEX LARKHAM' to win the Cattle Working section of the National Maturity and place 4th in the Hack section..

The RM Williams Longhorn Express formed a great backdrop for the Time Trials course which as usual was a favourite for competitors to visit when not competing, the showroom packed with a great range and awesome specials to offer.

'TODDS BILLIE' ridden by David Todd was the winner of the Time Trial section of the National Maturity and placed 3rd Overall in the Maturity.

'WAYMERE OAKS PASSIONATE' ridden by Andrew Thomas placed 3rd in the Time Trial section of the National Maturity.

Sue Wilson and 'GLEN LEE RIVOLI MIESSENCE' was awarded the ASHLA Award for the National Maturity by the Chairman of the ASHS, Joy Poole, after placing 2nd in the Led and =5th in the Hack sections of the Maturity.

Adam Wallen from Qld rode 'DOONGARA POWER PATROL' to win the National Maturity Youth Award , 1st in the Maturity Plate and placed 4th overall for the Maturity.

Australian Outback Spectacular performer and successful campdrafter Brett Jones with 'WARRENBRI HOPE', the first Australian Stock Horse to be auctioned at Magic Millions Sale at the Gold Coast in January for the Cancer Research Fund. Brett broke in and trained him after the very kind gesture of Simon Knight from Warrenbri Stud donating the horse.

Tony Jones thought he would try a little trick riding while he was competing on 'OAKLEYS DEJA VUE' in the Maiden Series Campdraft when he slipped over the head of the horse and somehow managed to land on his feet still holding on. A real crowd pleaser Tony.

Michael Wilson & 'WILLDRAFT IGNITE' were placed = 1st in the Maiden Seris Campdraft Round One.

Nigel Kable and 'CHEVIN SANCHEZ' placed = 1st in Round One of the Maiden Series Campdraft with 88 points.

David Wilson rode 'YANDINA LATIN LOVER' to place = 4th in the Maiden series Campdraft Round One.

'RONOLA EMBER' ridden by Ron Nicholson in the Maiden Draft Round One working in camp.

Alan Young and 'GREENDALE MISS ACRES' was the winner of the Maiden Series Campdraft with a final score of 257.5.
