Eleven -year-old Brooke Higgins from Toowoomba rode her 'Swanreach Dreaming' to fifth place in the Child's Galloway class.

Leanne Bordin had a super show with her seven year old 'Oaklands Park Total Eclipse' by Rotherwood Windswept (imp). The pair from Kyogle in NSW won the Novice Galloway 14.2-15hh and the Open Heavyweight before going on to be declared Reserve Champion Galloway.

It was a relief to see Bruce Flood back in action today after his retiring lame (Bruce that is) yeaterday. The popular competitor rode his own and Edwina Wilkes, 'Elmcroft Star Attraction' to take second place in the Open Heavyweight Galloway class.

Cherie Spinks rode the Ausbain Partnership's 'Just a Doll of Astral' to fourth place in the Open Heavyweight Galloway class.

Carmel Perkins and 'Highgrove Mitsouko' worked well to take fourth place in the Lady's and fifth place in the Open Heavyweight Galloway class.

Terrin Carey rode the Tremayne Stud and Tava Bates' 'Tremayne True Love' to sixth place in the Child's Galloway class.

Chloe Ireland from Edmonton rode her 'Warrienwood Monarch' to take third place in the Child's Galloway class.

A sophisticated Peta Jackson from Hatton Vale won the Junior Lady Rider class. Peter has been a regular competitor at the EKKA for over a decade.

Bronwyn Cooper from Palmerston North in New Zealand won the Novice Lady rider class and was third in a strong Open class. Bronwyn has been in Queensland working with Vince Corvi and Terry Cowan.

Angela Latter and 'Skyview Bridie' always make an elegant picture. The combination from Lochinvar in NSW were second in the Open Lady Rider class and took out the Reserve Champion Lady Rider award.

The always elegant Courtney Midson from Logan claimed yet another Lady Rider Championship.

Jolene McGuire took ninth place in the Pony/Galloway Turnout class for Riders 12 and under 15 Years.

Courtney King won the Turnout for Ponies and Galloways for riders 12 and under 15 Years.

Emily Elder from Yelarbon took seventh place in the Turnout for Ponies and Galloways for Riders 12 and under 15 Years.
