As always Angela Rodham put on a beautiful side saddle display during the lady Rider Championship workout. Angela rode her impressive, five year old, 'Skyview Trilogy' (a full brother to Skyview Bridie) that was declared Best Novice Show Hunter earlier in the day. Trilogy was also declared Champion led Sporthorse and won the Ridden Sporthorse class. He will be in action again tomorrow in the Open Show Hunter classes.

It has happened before, but it is not often that the Best Novice winner gets up to take out the Open Hack Championship. Dale Plumb looks quietly satisfied with his beautiful 16-16.2hh winner, 'DP Amazing' that was declared Best Novice, Champion Hack and Supreme Led Thoroughbred.

This is the fifth time Kyra O'Brien has taken out the Supreme Australian Stock Horse Under Saddle award at Canberra Royal. On this occasion the talented horsewoman rode the O'Brien Family P/ship's, 'O'Brien's Flauntette'. The four year old gelding by Oaks Acorn out of the super mare, Cedar Downs Trinkette was  declared Champion Working ASH and then Supreme Under Saddle. They are pictured with successful ASH exhibitor and judge, Karen Nicoll.
