Well known and successful NSW exhibitor, Kristen Strath rode her own, 'Strathfield Davinchy' to win the class for Novice Lightweight Galloway 14.2-15hh.

Michael Christie began a very successful day with his own and Joh Bailey's, 'Kolbeach Contata' by winning the Novice Heavyweight 14-14.2hh Galloway class and go on to take out the Best Novice Galloway award .

Lucinda Fraser won the Novice 13.2-14hh Pony class with her 'Holly's Tribute' and the pony by Fernleigh Fine Print out of Holly of Springtime went on to be declared Best Novice Large Pony.
