Madina Hayman from Katherine was declared Champion Rider under 14 years for the second consecutive year.

Alicia Bullock rode Winderadeen Sergeant Blue to win the Western Horsemanship Youth 13 years and under.

Delissa Bell was placed third in the Intermediate Rider under 18 years.

Taylor Gilbert was declared the winner of the "Anita Flockhart Memorial" - Best Boy/Girl Rider under 13 years.

Michaela Bradley was declared Reserve Champion Rider under 14 years.

Sarah Stocks rode PPP Fun and Games to win the Western Horsemanship masters.

Fay Hatch from Alice Springs returnd to Darwin Royal this year after having 12 months off due to a badly broken leg. Today Fay placed third in the Rider 35 years and over.

Grace Simmons rode well to win the Rider under 12 years.

Jamaica Bisset - O'Shea has worked very hard to raise money to buy a new riding outfit and bridle to attend the show this year.

Anne Simmons took second place in the Rider under 12 years.

Priscilla Lesson rode Montana to win the All Age Western Horsemanship.

Marcie Lash, who has recently moved from the NT to Victoria returned to ride Kim Pass's, Ruby Tuesday, in her riding class. Marcie was declared Reserve Champion rider 14 and under 18 years.

Ayrial Harburn did a good job riding her ex-race horse, Eunella Guapa to take third place in the Junior Good hands.

Lisa Mutimer rode the well raced Rancho Ruler son, El Gems Toby Lerone, to win the rider 25 and under 35 years.

Teresa Cunnington rode TC Worrior to take out the Reserve Champion Senior Rider. TC Worrior, always a popular exhibit at Darwin Royal is making his final appearance before heading to his new home in WA.

Jessica Pen-Dennis won the class for riders 14 and under 16 years.

Rachael Pen-Dennis stepped up one place this year to be declared Champion Rider 14 and under 18 years.

Vicki Lewfatt has dominated the Riding classes at Darwin Royal for many years. Today she continued the tradition taking out the Senior Rider Championship and went on to be declared Supreme Champion Rider.

Jack Cooper demonstrated great skill during the Junior polocrosse match between Howard Springs and Noonamah.

Braddon Beck looks very please to be a member of the victorious Howard Springs junior Polocrosse team.

"The Nackeroos, Boarder Security 1942 style". Norforce is an Army unit focused on the collection of information in the NT and WA. The unit traces its history back to May 1942 when it was formed in response to the threat posed to Australia's North by Japan during war War II. They were colloquially know as the "Nackeroos".

Local singer and song writer, Sue Bissett took time out from helping her two girls prepare their ponies for the show, to perform at the Coca-Cola Bandstand.

Jamie Lee Armstrong rode Lawsons Gold Badger in the Beginner Trail.

Abbey Deveraux riding Outback Cuttabar took second place in the Trail class for riders 14 and under 18 years.

Danielle Norris and Smart Little Amarillo won the Trail class for riders 14 to 18 years.

Megan Teece rode the locally bred Whoopszo K2 to place third in the Junior Horse trail.

Karen Ruzsicska riding Warrego Jessie placed equal third in the D Grade AM7.

Kylie Weston rode Moses to win the D grade AM3.

Michelle Malcomson and Bundi B Bear shared equal third place in the D Grade AM7.
