With just cross-country time penalties and one fence down over the tough showjumping track, Heath Ryan pulled himself up from 12th after the dressage to 2nd place in the CIC World Cup riding 'Flame'. Heath and Flame were also 2nd in the Warwick World Cup in May.
Back to back World Cup victories for Olivia Bunn and her Athens Olympic mount, 'GV Top of the Line'. With an impressive and calculated performance, Olivia Bunn took the lead from the outset and held on to it throughout the CICW competition, adding just cross-country time penalties and one showjumping rail to win. With both the Warwick and Melbourne World Cup competitions to their credit, this combination will head to Malmo in Sweden in August for the Final.
