Four year old Isabella Johnson competing at her first Melbourne Royal, was quite charmed by her own image on the big screen and thought it was all great fun. Thankfully she had some steering assistance with 'Wynn Phantom' in the Pony Turnout 12hh and Under for riders 4 to 6 years.

Sophie-Kate Shaw did the riding and Maria Arnold-Shaw the Leading of 'Fairlight Acres Mathew' to win the Pony Turnout 12hh and Under for riders 4 to 6 years.

Carla Box from Camperdown in Victoria with her 'Karlana Royal Watcher' working out in the Pony Turnout 12-14hh riders 10 and 11 years.

Rianna Percy rode Peta Plozza's 'Owendale Kelvin' to take third place in the Pony Turnout 12-14hh for riders 10 and 11 years.

Sabrina Durante made a beautiful picture with the Durante and Metherall nomination, 'Kolbeach Carnival'. They won the Pony Turnout 12-14hh for riders 10 and 11 years. The winners of all the Pony Turnout classes this morning received a Norma Fear Memorial Trophy , supported and presented by Stan Fear.

Molly Chiller from Riddells Creek did a good job with Mrs S Cordell's young pony, 'Bells's Mountain Lucifer' to take fifth place in the Pony Turnout 12-14hh for riders 10 and 11.

Brynie Lee took second place in the Pony Turnout in Saddle 12.2 hands and under, rider 7 to 9 years.

Jemma Reeve-Singles from Sunbury rode her lovely Welsh Pony, 'Sketty Park Oliver' to win the Pony Turnout 12.2hh and Under.

A great "catch ride". Daizi Plumb looks to be a chip off the old block as she rode the Mc Mahon and McCormick's super 'Silkwood Angel Wings' to win the Leading Rein Pony class. A proud dad, Dale, looks pleased with his protege.

The Melbourne Hunt Club Trio, L-R Isabella Walsh, 'Kris Kringle', Kate Fremlin 'Scanteen' and Ken Jelbart with 'Lochie', took third place in the Peter Ronald Memorial Hunt Club Teams.

The Murray Valley Hunt Club were named the Most Successful Hunt Club and confirmed their status by winning the Peter Ronald Memorial Hunt Club Teams competition and with it the Joan Pearson Shield. L-R Wendy Buller, 'Thomas', Melissa Wilson, 'Carrington Park Gulliver' and Sara Love, 'Marlo'.

Cheryl Bunting, Melbourne Hunt Club whip demonstrated her ability by winning the Alice Laidlaw Memorial Trophy for Lady Riders over 18. Cheryl rode Isabella Walsh's, 'Kris Kringle'.

A witch, Olivia Havers and her familiar, 'Belarada Festival' during the Fancy Dress competition for Boys and Girls 14 years and under.

Stephanie Barrington rode the Wingana Stud's 'Wingana Loving Cup' to take third place in the class for Novice Show Hunter 12.2-14hh.

Olivia Joel from Brighton won the Novice Show Hunter 12.2-14hh class with her 'Merrindale Ffantasy', and the attractive and good working pair went on to claim the Best Novice Show Hunter Under 14hh award.

Leanne Bussell from Albury rode her 'Cherrywood Phoenix' to take fourth place in the class for Novice Show Hunter's 12.2-14hh.

Patrick Moloney from Mordialloc and his wonderful, 'Lykanarrow Roger Rocket' won the class for Novice Show Hunter 12.2hh and Under.

Amelia Corallo rode the Mansley Family's 'Berwyn Excaliber' to second place in the class for Show Hunters 12.2hh and Under.

Courtney Bird rode Miss T Bird's 'Warranwood Beaumauris' to take fifth place in the class for Show Hunters 12.2hh and Under.

Tayla Little rode Lynne King's 'Taylyn Park Tennesse' to fourth place in the class for Show Hunters 12.2hh and Under.

Diane Tunnicliff rode her own and husband, Harry's, 'Owendale Orange Grove' to sixth place in a strong class for Novice Show Hunters 12.2hh and Under.

The wonderful 'Nigma Darius' could not settle for his evening Novice Show Hunter 12.2hh and Under class and was another to be upset by the atmosphere and the big screen. Owner/rider, Phillipa Mitchell did her best , but the well performed Welsh Pony was just not happy.

Five-year-old Delta Wardle, with only a little help from mum, Linley Arnold-Wardle, took fifth place in the Shetland Pony Turnout for Riders 4 to 7 years riding the charming, 'Tra-Shif Mariah'..

The successful and busy Lee Family from Eden Park in Victoria were in action first thing this morning. With dad, Paul doing the leading and Ebony Lee riding 'Otway View Oregon' they took third place in the Shetland Pony Turnout riders 4 to 7 years,

The Gargan and Young's super Shetland, 'Araylon Heritage' took out the Shetland Pony Turnout for Riders 4 to 7, for the seventh time. On each occasion Simon Durante has done the leading, but this year Tahlia Young took over as the successful rider.

Sophie Fox rode Genevieve Bergun's 'Thorpville Parker' to fourth place in the Shetland Pony Turnout for riders 8 to 10 years.

Jessica Balleggi rode Mrs J McGregor Morris' 'Collandie Park Briody' to sixth place in the competitive Shetland Pony Turnout for riders 8 to 10 years.

Victoria Gorst is pictured in first place riding 'Bojinda Little Kimbo', with Rachelle O'Connor second aboard, 'Pilinta Park Kimba'. Both ponies are exhibited by Kara Woolcock and Narelle Munday and it seemed a great photo opportunity. However, some time after the class the placings were changed due to an error in the addition and 'Kimba' and Rachelle were declared the winners , with Victoria and 'Kimbo' relegated to third place. The Hart and Andrews nomination, 'Lordonvale Brendon' ridden by Sarah Andrews moved in to second place.
