Rachel Keskinen took fourth place in the Garryowen riding her delightful Hack, 'Request'.

Ali Berwick would have been at short odds to take out the Garryowen trophy riding her own and the McMaster Family's beautiful and impressive Barastoc Champion Hack, 'Xlerate'. And today one of the favourites came home with Ali declared 2012 Garryowen winner.

Demi Morrison rode the wonderful, 'Lemrac's Dancing Poet' to take out the award for Best First Year Garryowen Competitor. A little later in the day they performed well to take out the John Lithgow Trophy for Equestrienne Turnout for Lady Riders 18 and not over 21 years.

2002 Garryowen winner, Rebecca Farrow was first out to be judged this morning. She certainly set the standard, beautifully elegant and riding her own and Roz Lipp's outstanding Over 16.2hh hack, 'Kholo'. They finished in second place.

Kim Durante for so long on the other side of the judging equation was an inspired choice to be Costume Judge for the 2012 Garryowen Turnout class. As always Kim was super stylish, with pink the colour of choice.

2010 Garryowen winner, Lynda Hayes is pictured during the judging this year riding Daria Vella's lovely, 'Wingrove Fineline'.

Kristen White and Best Novice Show Hunter, 'Mayfield Be Brave' put their best foot forward during the Garryowen judging this morning. On a busy day this combination went on to take out the Hunter Hack over 16hh, the Ladies Hunter Hack and and Champion Hunter Hack. All with foot perfect workouts for the former Dresssage with the Stars 2009 4 year old Champion and now Elemenatary Dressage Horse by Brentano ll out of the imported mare White Girl, who was the Champion Show Hunter at the 2009 Barastoc Horse of the Year show.
