Although the weather was kind on cross-country the rain came down heavily on showjumping morning. Despite that, the keen fans just settled in with the wet weather gear.
Jenelle Duffy from Benalla in Victoria lowered one fence riding her 'Jen Jan Butch Cassidy' to hold onto fifth place in the CIC**.
Kerrie Bowman from Keith in SA riding her 'Four Winds Funky Music' in the CIC** showjumping phase. Sadly three rails down relegated them from fourth after the cross-country to ninth overall.

Clemi Mann and 'Irish Warrior' slipped from third to fourth with the addition of one showjumping rail in the CIC**.
Sam Lyle jumped clear with 'Royal Marine' to hold on to second place with a total of 63.60 in the CIC**.
Craig Barret reaped the reward of a good dressage score (48.30) and went in to the showjumping with just over two fences in hand. 'Mystic Magic' lowered two rails but held on to the lead of the CIC** with a total of 61.90.
'Herman' the dummy gives Steve Jeffreys' wonderful stallion, 'Jamieson' a good ride during the lunchtime soccer match. Steve as always kept the crowd well entertained.
The Mitsubishi marque was the place to be ringside on showjumping day.
A clear showjumping round saw Stuart Tinney move up from 12th after cross-country (20th after the dressage) to 6th place in the CCI** riding Graeme Beveridge's 'RL Sir William'.
Katja Weimann from Dewhurst in Victoria had one rail down riding 'Monogram Miss' to finish the CCI** in 14th place. At the presentations Katja was awarded one of the two Mitsubishi Young Event Rider Scholarships along with CCI** winner lauren Schodel.
Heath Ryan made no mistake with Bruce Reid's 'Loot to Boot' in the showjumping phase to move from 9th after cross-country day to third place in the CCI**.
Tim Boland and 'Phantom Pursuit' jumped clear in the CCI** showjumphing phase to move up from 14th place to second with a total of 51.80.
Lauren Schodel was "so excited" to win the CCI** riding her 'Smooth Criminal'. Lauren from Brisbane finished on her dressage score completing her event with a super showjumping round. 'Smooth Criminal' and Lauren moved from equal tenth after the dressage to secure their "best win ever" with a final score of 50.80.
Janelle Pitts and 'Mr Showoff' from Nyah in Victoria held on to their fifth place with just one rail down in the CCI** showjumping for a total of 53.
The top group in the CCI** was so tight that one showjumping rail relegated Megan Jones and 'Winergy Fedwell' from third to fourth place.
Two rails down relegated Chris Burton and 'Newsprint' from equal third after the cross-country to eighth place in the CCI**.
Keen eventing fans Dorian Kelly and Leonora Herweijar both from Mt Barker display their 2004 Adelaide trophies.
With two showjumping rails to add, Sammi McLeod finished in tenth place in the CCI**** riding her father, Lyndon's Dragon Hunter.
Heath Ryan just added one showjumping rail riding 'Flame' to finish the horses' first CCI**** in 12th place.

Will Enzinger and 'Feurikus' from Macclesfield in Victoria were a picture of concerntration in the CCI**** showjumping. They finished in eighth place.
