Lee Sears rode Melissa Plucknett's, 'Myscal Harmony' for Queensland to take out the Re Launch Women's Clothing SHow Hunter Galloway Reserve Championship.

Deanne Earley rode her 'Blues Point Christmas Mint' for Tasmania in the National Large Show Hunter Pony ride off.

Shoshone Newman represented Queensland with her former Victorian pony, 'Sheldon Chance' in the National Large Show Hunter Pony ride off.

Melissa Earley rode Patricia Cochrane's, 'Julessa Park Chloe' for Tasmania in the Physio Health and David Quayle Bridlewear National Large Show Hunter Pony ride off.

The late Karen Chipperfield's, 'Wingana Loving Cup' (Owendale Percival/Wingana Love Song) has had a super year. Now exhibited by Scott Chipperfield, the super grey pony ridden so well by Stephanie Barrington claimed the National Large Show Hunter Pony Championship for Victoria.

Donna White and her 'Castileon Park Second Edition' did their best for Victoria during the Physio Health and David Quayle Bridlewear National Large Pony Show Hunter Championship.

Successful Queensland combination Eliza Cullen and her 'Greenlee Chippendale' took out the Reserve Large Show Hunter Pony Championship.

The McMahon and McCormich Families' wonder pony, 'Silkwood Angel Wings' (Silkwood Babbling Brook/Silkwood Seventh Heaven) claimed back to back Paper Mate Leading Rein Pony Championships. Angel Wings was ridden by Emily Murray, with Sarah McCormick as always at the end of the rein.

Annabell Mulready produced a super workout riding Julia McGrath's well performed, 'Farleigh Lytton' (Furzey Kit Kat/ Farleigh Martinique) to claim the Re Launch Women's Clothing Show Hunter Galloway Championship for NSW.

New Zealand Show Hunter Galloway representatives, Amanda Clayton and 'Phoenician Speedway' worked out to an entertaining Abba theme in front of an appreciative audience in the indoor school at Werribee. The New Zealand representatives in the various classes add an international flavour to the Nationals, with Trans Tasman Championship titles up for grabs.

Tamara Smith and her 'Alinda Park Make A Wish' were the sole Tasmanian representatives in the Re Launch Women's Clothing Show Hunter Galloway Championship.

Rebecca Ross rode Jodie van Breugel's well performed, 'Salisbury My Guy' for Victoria in the Re Launch Women's Clothing Show Hunter Galloway Championship.

All eyes were on Western Australian combination, Susette Davies and her 'Broadway Duntroon' during the Douglas Family Show Hunter Hack Championship. There was an attentive crowd throughout the first day of the 2009 National Show Horse Championships.

We have watched Stuart Lavelle grow up in the show ring. The successful rider from NSW now quiet grown up, rode his Woodman gelding, 'Linman' to claim the Douglas Family Show Hunter Hack Championship and the Trans Tasman Show Hunter Championship.

Bridget Sell and her 'Universal Law' made it a NSW Show Hunter Hack double. by claiming the Reserve Championship.

Successful New Zealand rider and trainer, Dorothy Leonard put on a wonderful Show Hunter display with her Thoroughbred/Irish Draught/Station Horse, 'Glentullock' to take out the Trans Tasman Runner Up award.

Mark Kiddle rode Samantha Fraser's beautifully presented and successful, 'Star On Fire' for Victoria in the Douglas Family Show Hunter Hack Championship.

Jasmine, from the well known well known family of talented Anderson girls from South Australia rode Isabelle Barker's, 'Rivington Hiccup' in the CBC National Small Show Hunter Pony ride off.

Jill and Robert Grant's Bamborough Stud has produced many Champions over many years, and at the National Show Horse Championships they added another title to their lengthy CV. Kaitlin O'Neil from Candilo in NSW rode the Australian Pony, 'Bamborough Special Girl' (Imperial Cyrus/ Bamborough Hula Girl) to take out CBC National Small Show Hunter Pony Championship.

NSW combination, Eliza Douglas and her successful mare, 'Diamonds Of Tuscany', with help from mum, Kylie, took out the Paper Mate Reserve Champion National Leading Rein award.

Laura Stephens rode Phoebe Robinson's 'Darlington Rhapsody; for Queensland in the CBC Small Show Hunter ride off at the 2009 National Show Horse Championships.

Sally Shaw rode the Northern Territory's sole representative in the CBC Small Show Hunter Championship. Sally is pictured with her charming, 'Andlyn Park Fashion'.

Tasmanian combination, Ashley McSherry with Chloe Hodoniczky's 'Woodsong Honeysuckle' put on a good display during the CBC National Small Show Hunter Championship.
