Courtney Remington adopted rather a bridesmaid's approach today with Catherine and Reece Gale's 'Kolbeach Toystory'. The big moving chestnut pony was second to both the Champion Childs Pony (Bamborough Mannequin) and the Champion Large Pony (Mirinda Maid of Honour)

Trina Crawford proved to be as stylish as her sister. Trina judged the Kolbeach Childs Pony and Show Hunter Pony classes today.

Jill Grants super 'Bamborough Mannequin' continued along her successful way today. Ridden as always by Brooke Firth, Mannequin, who won the 12-13hh class, was declared Kolbeach Champion Childs Pony and Reserve Champion Large Pony.

Ashlee Anderson rode the Lyndale Stables and Angie Penalurick's four-year-old 'Holly's Spring Show' to win the Open Pony 12-12.2hh class and go on to take out the 2005 Small Pony Championship. Judge Trinette declared the Champion to be "a nice easy going, beautiful pony and a pleasure to watch".

The Langtree Stud had two contenders for Large Pony Champion, with Greg Mickan winning the Open 13.2-14hh class riding 'Langtree Royal Heiress'.

Elsa Avery took out yet another Harness Championship. This time the Hackney Horse over 14hh with 'Makari Bolero'.

Kylie Parker drove Peter and Shane Keir's 'Canberra Park Stepalong Black Knight' to claim the Reserve Hackney Horse over 14hh Championship.

Six-year-old August Scott is competing at her second Adelaide Royal Show. She rode Isabelle Barker's 'Rivington Victoria' to take fifth place in the Leadong Rein Pony class.

The Riemer girls' 'Roseagle Rhapsody' had a busy day. This very successful mare was in the Childs Pony rideoff and was declared Reserve Champion Small Pony (11.2-12hh). A change of rider in the afternoon saw Sarah Andrews ride her to victory in the Leading Rein Pony class.
