2014 Royal Melbourne Horse Show

After ten years Adam Wellington from Richmond in NSW came back to the Summer Royal with his beautiful Australian Stock Horse Stallion, 'Waylon J Justice' (Bryjen Fort Talon/Summer Song) and again claimed the award for Supreme Led ASHS Exhibit.

Melanie Marin's, 'Kolbeach Gizelle' (Fernleigh Fine Print/Rotherwood Matinee) was declared Reserve Champion Riding Pony Mare.

The Whitmere Stud had a super day in the Riding Pony Ring today. Their, 'Beckworth Morning Symphony' (Beckworth Rising Command/Ainthorpe Splendid Morning UK) was declared Champion Riding Pony Mare.

Melise Tuma-Webb from Goulburn in NSW claimed the Reserve Champion Led Australian Stock Horse and Reserve Champion Ridden ASH award with her successful gelding, 'M Jay Fortune' (Win D Fortitude/ M Jay Arizona). Melise is seen here with ASH judge, Fiona Rolls Qld.

Kathleen Mullan did the honours with Jodie van Breugel's well performed, 'Salisbury My Guy' *Weston Mirage/Baby Doll of Astral' to claim the award for Champion Led Show Hunter Male Over 14hh.

Megan Burchell's splendid Part Welsh, 'Nawarrah Park Romeo' (Nawarrah Park Pele/Roseden Fine Romance) was one of the 1200 fine exhibits being shown at the 2014 Melbourne Summer Royal Horse Show.

Emma Nash is pictured with her own and husband, David Nash's typey Australian Stock Horse Filly, 'Bullseye Moonlight' (Binnia Impressive destiny/ Binnia Midnight).

The Hayes and Pisciotta nomination, 'Kolbeach Holly's Coronation' (Fernleigh Fine Print/Holly of Springtime) won the strong class for Led Riding Pony Filly 2/3 years 13.1-14.1hh.

Greg Gerry did the honours with Christine Comley's lovely, 'Rosedale Simplicity' (Turberry Tom Kitten UK/Colbeach Simone UK) that was declared Reserve Champion Riding Pony Filly.

All the way from Mt Gambier in South Australia, Cherie McKenzie's, 'Hello Kitty' (Turberry Tom Kitten UK/DQ Etchings) took second place in the class for Riding Pony (Show Pony) Yearling Filly 12.3-13.3hh.

Libby Greshner's home bred, 'Beauparc Enchantment' (Cherrington Damascus/Beauparc Reminiscing) was declared Supreme Champion Led Australian Saddle Pony.

The O'Hagen and Robertson nomination, 'Westacres Adoration' (Fairlight Acres Adair/Kaylin Animation) was declared Junior Champion Australian Saddle Pony and Champion Third Generation Australian Pony Mare/Filly.

Dean Matthews', 'Ascot Noosha Fox' (Ascot Classic Silk/Burren-Dah Party Girl) was declared Supreme Champion Led Part Welsh Exhibit.

Teena Bridge all the way from Manilla in NSW made the trip pay with Karen Miles' beautiful Australian Stock Horse Mare, 'Cee Dee Bracelette' (Waikon Park Coolabah/Jindaria Ringlette). The mare was declared Champion Led ASHS Mare/Filly and under saddle Teena claimed the ASHLA class and the Working Stock Horse Championship.

Julia McGrath rode the Snowy Mountains Stock Horses', 'Pemberton Premonition' (Midwave Millenium/Evenstar Jazz) to take third place in the strong ASHLA class. Julia was also awarded the Best Novice and Best Junior awards in the ASHLA,

Bree Petrie claimed the Ridden Show Pony Newcomer Championship with her well performed, 'Bamborough Mickey J' (Naruni Park Taylor/Bamborough Moon Dancer).

Bonnie Kingsley rode Katrina Routson's, Supreme Led Friesian, 'Braggo S' imp NED (Jisse 443/Djura S) to take out the Ridden Championship as well.

Mark Tarrant rode Rachel Jane Weaver's, 'Jarendan Just It' (Waylon J Justice/Tariqa Elegance) to take out the Ridden Australian Stock Horse Championship.

Jackie Long rode the Ivery Park and Emery Family's, 'Kallenia Jessica II' (Kallenia Billabong/Buckajopark Lyndal) to win the class for Ridden Australian Stock Horse Mare 15hh and Under.

Rachel Schliebes rode the Combaning Stock Horses and the Jones Family's, 'Springs New Moon Coala' (Springs Pepsi Coala/Springs Moonlight) to win the class for Ridden Australian Stock Horse Mare Over 15hh.

Marcia Adams', 'Dunelm First Impression' (Dainhill Octave/Soverigndale Image) won the class for Partbred APSB Pony 3 Year Old Filly/Gelding on her way to claiming the Supreme Led Partbred APSB award.

Jodie Jones' charming, 'Naruni Park Mattise' (Fairlight Acres Kidman/Naruni Park Masquerade) was declared Reserve Champion Led Part Welsh Mare.

Briony Payne rode Cherrie Uchtman's well performed, 'Sanlirra Talk of The Town' (Vale Park Spotlight/Willowcroft Mahogany) to claim the Ridden Show Pony Championship.

Nirrelle Sommerville rode her delightful, 'Kolbeach Bells' (Fernleigh Fine Print/Kolbeach Song) to take out the Ridden Show Pony Reserve Championship.

Emma Adams rode Elizabeth Carlile's 'Keira Park Cascade' (Karlana Say Farewell/Keira Park Amber) to take out the Ridden Part Welsh Championship.
