David Murphy had a fantastic day! Winner of the ASH Pentathlon Challenge plus shared Hi-Point winner, he took home 2 ASH saddle blankets plus trophies and prizemoney for his efforts - certainly worth the trip from Beaufort in Victoria!

Tom Jelliff had a great day in the Junior Challenge aboard his new horse who had never been to a show before! The gelding came from a Polocrosse home but coped well in the ring for their first show

David Murphy brought a youngster and his successful stallion for the days competition, after dropping his partner Kerry at Edenhope for the Edenhope A&H Open Stockmans Challenge which his father Barry Murphy is involved in running. It was unfortunate that 2011 saw the two Challenges Clash, especially in a 100km radius - organisers will be looking closely at the dates for 2012 to ensure dates to complment each show

Tom Jelliff's new horse was a little on his toes during the day, the ex-polocrosse horse may have been waiting for the next 'chukka' and was new to the showring experience, but Tom did a great job keeping him settled and went on to win the Open Junior Challenge

ASH Director Peter Jelliff competing in the Time Trial, closely watched in the background by Bob Cameron. Bob & Karen Cameron were recently acknowledged in the 40th anniversary ASH Celebrations for their long time support of the ASH in SA.
