Saturday's program started off with a fantastic lineup of purebreds in the halter ring - first up one of the newer popular classes - Home Produced Purebred. The open ring was judged by Shannon Parry who did a great job. Some lovely up and coming youngsters were presented and we had some lovely young handlers out there as well doing a great job.
Supreme Junior Purebred Halter horse - Bellatrix Al Sahrae
Supreme Senior Purebred Halter horse - Wollumbin Amaretto
The purebreds were followed by the derivative saddle horses who put in some great workouts, it was great to see some youngsters coming through and handling the relaxed atmosphere very well.

The Junior ring was in full swing on Saturday morning with smiles all around and lots of fun. Cate Puschmann judged the juniors and did a fabulous job, making the day fun for the parents and the kids. We had some very excited winners and these kids really are our future showies and pleasure riders. All showed lovely manners and sportsmanship.

The night program is always popular and included a fantastic lineup of pure and derivative horses vying for the freestyle workout championships, everyone gave it their all with some great toe tapping backing music.
Next in were the Liberty horses, this is always a fun class and with the horses left to do their thing we were treated to some really nice moving horses who were happy to show off for their owners.

Novice Horse 6 Years and over Derivative - Gladiator FF - Regan Lawrence.
Freestyle Purebred under saddle - Anna's Rosalina - Kym Dyball.
Freestyle Derivative under saddle - EBL Richlist - Christine Hellyer.
Freestyle Ridden Western - Crown Princessa HRA - Shelby Turl.
Freestyle Ridden Youth - Crown Princessa HRA - Shelby Turl.
Liberty Halter Derivative - Royal Gezan KA - Sienna Galeazzi.
Liberty Halter Purebred - Bohemian Rhapsody SPAA - Dana Wright.
Sunday started with the Home Produced Derivative Classes and these were followed by the individual classes including Anglos, Partbreds, Arabian Ponies, Arabian Riding Ponies, Half Arabian, Quarab, Arabian Stockhorses. Some wonderful types and all colours were on show. A Straight Egyptian and Pure Crabbet feature were in the program this year and a wonderful incentive for our small breeders.
