The last hint of sunset falls over the Toowoomba Showgrounds which look an absolute picture after all the rain and recent flooding. The showgrounds received a great deal of damage during the recent flooding event, but the wonderful efforts by the show committee to bring the grounds back to their former state, is appreciated by all. The Royal visit from Prince William a few days ago to the grounds, was very much appreciated by the flood victims of Toowoomba and surrounding areas with a crowd of over 20,000 flocking into the showgrounds for a fund raising concert for flood victims.

It was a late finish for the ASH working classes to complete but the Champion Working ASH was awarded to ROYALLE HEARTACRE ridden by Paul Dehnert with judge Narelle Toole.
