An outstanding performance by Morningside Daybreak and young Thomas Madigan from Qld had themdeclared Champion in the "White Princes Mushrooms" Grand National Large Show Hunter Pony over 12.2hh n/e 14hh. Morningside Daybreak is owned by Sophie Scott from Victoria but she has been leased to Thomas and she is on her way to Qld.

A new addition to the St. Johns team, four months old Angel kept a watchful eye on proceedings.

Ringmaster Bruce Flood and English Judge Samantha Prior kept a good sense of humour though-out the three days of competition.
