Greg Mickan, as always rode Sarah Berry and Terry van Heythuysen's charming, 'Langtree Masterpiece' ( Wedgenock Coffee Pot/Weston Mannequin) beautifully to claim back to back National Show Hunter Galloway titles, this year sponsored by Oceans Clothing.

Victorian rider Stephanie Barrington has ridden beautifully virtually all her life. Luck has not been with her at the Nationals, however this year she came close and was awarded the Omega Feeds Senior Rider Runner Up award riding her beautiful, 'LA'.

Angela Rodham's 'Skyview Trilogy' a warmblood by Don Xavier is a beautiful riding class horse and Angela made the most of it by claiming the Omega Feeds National Senior Rider Championship for NSW.

Toni Harper-Purcell from Queensland is pictured aboard her well performed Large Galloway,'Kolbeach Venetian' that was officially third in the Horse Deals National Large Galloway Championship.

Chris Lambert from WA rode Paige Summers' 'BML Encore' in the Horse Deals National Large Galloway Championship.

Mark Kenzig needed no help, but a bit of "New York, New York" at the start and finish of his workout riding Laura Ryn's, 'Calvin Park Dark Knight' (Royalwood Boy Soprano/Calvin Park Leading Lady) added emphasis to his convincing victory in the Horse Deals National Large Galloway Championship.

Jess Stalling from NSW taking time out from the jumping arena, rode beautifully to guide Sarah Pavia's lovely Arabian Riding Pony 'Double TT Evita' to the tune of "Evie Let your hair hang down", to take out the Horse Deals Large Galloway Runner Up award. And there was certainly no stray hair hanging down from this perfectly presented pair.

Kirsty Harper-Purcell from Queensland rode her Thoroughbred, Christopher Robins' by Piccolo to take out the Picasso Group Small Show Hunter Hack Runner Up award.

Rebecca Richards claimed her second National Small Show Hunter Championship riding her mother, Beverley's well performed Thoroughbred and Horse Deals Off The Track subject, 'Dymondz' that also took out the Championship in 2010.

Emma Panizza from WA produced a super workout in the Picasso Group Small Show Hunter Hack Championship riding her Warmblood by Donnertraum, 'Broadway Duntroon'.

Josh Clarke represented Tasmania in the Joh Bailey National Small Hack Championship and is pictured riding Yvonne Barr's 'My Time'.

Sabrina Jaeschke from SA is pictured riding her beautiful Octagonal gelding, 'Oakland Country' in the Joh Bailey National Small Hack Championship.

Annabel Mulready from NSW made it back to back National Small Hack Championships and with it the Pauline van Heythuysen Memorial Perpetual Trophy, riding her, lovely going 'DP Mayfair'

During the judging on Saturday a special presentation was made to Robyn Barry to honour her contribution to and achievements in showing. Amongst many titles, Robyn, pictured seated with husband, Peter Barry and Francesca Christie won many prestigious titles, including the National Hack Championship in 1995 riding her famous, 'Vienna After Dark'.

Newly married Chanele Hunter was in tears today. Not it was not due to her recent nuptials; they were in fact tears of joy after taking out the Joh Bailey National Small Hack Runner up award with her not always easy, but beautiful 'Crewe'.

Paul Austin from Queensland rode Annie Simmons', big Thoroughbred, 'CL King William' to take out the DQ Saddlery National Large Show Hunter Runner Up award.

Ruth Walker from Tasmania is pictured aboard her impressive Carbine Warmblood gelding, 'Walden Park Columbus' during the judging of the DQ Saddlery Large Show Hunter Hack Championship

Samantha McMaster from Victoria rode her Thoroughbred, 'DP Destiny' to claim back to back National Large Show Hunter Hack titles for the impressive mare.

Despite a foot perfect workout from Dr Kerry Mack's Brentano II gelding, 'Mayfield Be Brave' ridden by Kirsten White for Victoria, the well performed horse did not claim a major title in the DQ Saddlery National Large Show Hunter Hack Championship.

South Australian, Andrea Merry rode her Warmblood, 'Poetry In Motion' by Pommery, to the song of the same name and obviously enjoyed her time in the arena for the DQ Saddlery National Large Show Hunter Hack titles.

The rules for the Trans Tasman Challenge are somewhat confusing and it is good to know they are being revised. However, what is clear is that Dorothy Lennard rode her magnificent New Zealand Sport Horse, 'Glen Tullock' to win the Large Show Hunter Hack Trans Tasman Challenge.

Stacey Oakley from Queensland made a beautifully elegant picture aboard her 'SLM Berlin' during the judging of the Wrights PR National Large Hack Championship.

Representing WA Anna Duffy rode her , 'OEH Eloquence' by Royal Oak II in the competition for Wright's PR National Large Hack Champion.

What a year it has been for Ali Berwick. She dominated Barastoc back in February with the beautiful, impressive and good working big Thoroughbred, 'Xlerate' that was purchased through the Performance Horse section of Horse Deals. Ali went on to win the Garryowen at Royal Melbourne Show and on Saturday evening took out the Wright's RR National Large Hack Championship at the showing world's annual knees up at Werribee.

There were two After Parties at the Nationals this year and this one for the kids looks great fun. A group of the young party goers are pictured with guest star for the evening, Jack Vidgen, winner of the 2011 series of Australia's Got Talent.

There is something about the McEvoy girls, whether they are from Victoria or NSW, they all ride well. Lily of the Victorian McEvoys rode her, 'Towering Inferno' beautifully to claim the Douglas Family QLD National Intermediate Rider (13-15 years) Championship.

WA rider , Sienna Bergersen made the most of her ride aboard Rebecca Shute's well named, 'Joli Cheval' to take out the Douglas Family QLD National Intermediate Rider Runner Up award.
