2019 Willinga Park Dressage by the Sea

It doesn't look much now, but this is the site for the multi million dollar all weather jumping arena at Willinga Park. The next showjumping spectacular at Willinga Park is being proposed for mid September 2019.

Alycia Targa rode Robyn Targa's Negro mare, 'Nyssa TPH' to take second place in Round 2 of the 4 Year Old Young Horse class with a score of 76.80%.

Robbie McKinnon rode her own and David McKinnon's, De Niro gelding, 'HV Del Piero' to score an impressive 85.20% to win Round 2 of the 4 Year Old Young Horse class.

Zanna Northam rode her own Totilas gelding, 'Tyger' to third place in Round 2 of the 4 Year Old Young Horse class with 75%.

Sarah Farraway rode Toby Farraway's Rotspon gelding, 'MW Rotsong' to take third place in the Prydes EasiFeeds/Canberra Airport CDI-Y Freestyle on the final day of two weeks of Dressage By The Sea.

Jayden Brown has had a sensational show and is pictured riding the Lauren George Family Trust Quarterback gelding, 'Quincy B' that took second place in Round 2 old the 5 Year Old Young Horse class with 81.40%.

NSW rider, Edwina Hutton-Potts rode her own San Amour gelding, 'WPH Sachio' to fourth place in Round 2 of the 5 Year Old Young Dressage Horse class.

Deon Stokes rode Lisa Carver's Andalusian stallion, 'Regalo De Susaeta' by Dobion to third place in Round 2 of the 5 Year Old Young Dressage Horse class.

Spectators on Freestyle Saturday were able to wander around the beautiful stables and get close up and personal with some of the Willinga Park horses.

Rosanna Relton rode her, 'Four Winds Bombadier' to second place in the Do Well/Lennock /Animal Art House CDI U25 Freestyle with 69.60%.

Jemma Heran came, saw and conquered all U25 competition on offer during the second week of competition at the 2019 Dressage By The Sea CDI 4*. Denise Rogan rode Lisa Carver's Grandioso gelding, 'Greco' to take third place in Round 2 of the 6 Year Old Dressage Horse class with 73.40%.

Jeffrey Adams rode his Royal Hit stallion, 'Cool Hand Aloof' to fourth place in Round 2 of the 6 Year Old Young Dressage Horse class.

This lizard looks to be very interested in the dressage. In and around the beautiful landscaped gardens at Willinga Park there is plenty of wildlife.

Popular international rider trainer and coach Rozzie Ryan from Newcastle in NSW rode her home bred, 'Jarrah R' by Jive Magic (imp) to second place in the Willinga Park CDI4* Grand Prix Freestyle with 73.42%.

Popular horseman, Dirk Dijkstra is giving, 'AEA Metallic' every opportunity to extend during their CDI 4* Grand Prix Freestyle test. They took fourth place with 71.85%.

At just 21 , Mary Warren was the youngest rider in the Willinga Park CDI4* Grand Prix Freestyle and she came out on top. Mary rode her 'Mindarah Park Raphael' by MP Ramadan to produce a lovely test to claim victory with 73.60%.

International dressage rider, Sue Hearn rode her Rio mount, 'Remington' by Riverdance to take third place in the Willinga Park CDI4* Grand Prix Freestyle with 72.72%.

Victorian Junior rider, Jazi French made a clean sweep of all the Junior competition on offer this weekend at Dressage By The Sea CDI4*. Jazi is pictured emerging from the indoor arena aboard her 'Florinzz' having just won the CDI-J Freestyle with 67.66%.
