Brynn Clarke claimed the Best Presented Horse and Handler Award with the Austin, Lilley and Clarke nomination, 'Easily Written' (Written Tycoon/Ask The Angles)

The Anderson and Powell Families' beautiful, 'Regal Banquet' (King's Best/Vanity Time) claimed his eighth consecutive Champion Thoroughbred Stallion award at the Ekka today. He is pictured with regular handler, Linda Powell.

More glamour at the Ekka. Alexia Fraser is pictured with the Fraser Family's, 'Star of Columbia' (Monashee Mountain/Powderball) won the class for Thoroughbred Mare that has started in a race or barrier trial within the past 12 months.

Lee Sears claimed the Thoroughbred Mare Reserve Championship with her, 'Monashee Moon' (Monashee Mountain/Artistic Selection).

Ken Uren stepped aboard Carlie Taunton's, 'Bellaranza' (Blackfriars/Tolleranza) to take second place in the class for Thoroughbred Mare Under Saddle.

Alexia Fraser rode the Fraser Family's, 'Ready SEQ Go' (Sequalo/Ready To Race) to take fourth place in the class for Thoroughbred Mare Under Saddle.

Kirsty Mason led her beautiful and athletic, .'Secret Surrounds' (Favelon/Marni) to claim the Champion Mare title and go on to be declared Supreme Champion Led Thoroughbred and receive the Dan O'Connor Perpetual Trophy. Later in the day the mare with the most amazing, ground covering walk took third place in the class for Thoroughbred Mare Under Saddle.

Madisen McGill's, 'Pop A Top' (Country Reel USA/Heroic Dance) took fifth place in the class for Thoroughbred Mare Under Saddle.

Daniel Retschlag rode his well performed, 'Footstepsinthedust' (Footsteps In The Sand/Tucklan Lass) to take second place in the class for Thoroughbred Gelding Under Saddle.

Janine Shepherdson rode her own and Lucy Thompson's Champion Led Gelding, 'Sigmund' (Casino Prince/Uncanny Lady) to take fifth place in the class for Thoroughbred Gelding Under Saddle.

Lisa McCann's Octagonal gelding, 'Ascot' out of Gala Ball took sixth place in the class for Thoroughbred Gelding Under Saddle.

Amy Taylor rode her own, Paul Austin and Mark Lilley's nomination, 'Perzero' (Danzero/Thumpa) to take third place in the class for Thoroughbred Gelding Under Saddle.

Kirsty Harper-Purcell rode her own and Charlotte Duddey's nomination, 'Mercurian' (Lonhro/De Largo Lass) to take seventh place in the class for Thoroughbred Gelding Under Saddle.

Adam Oliver rode his own and the Universal Stables nomination, 'Mestalla’ (Northern Meteor/Villa Valencia) to win the class for Thoroughbred Gelding Under Saddle and claim the Thoroughbred Under Saddle Reserve Championship.

Tamicca Clottu won the class for Thoroughbred Mare Under Saddle with her, 'You Angel You' and went on to be declared Champion Thoroughbred Under Saddle.

Stephanie O'Connor rode her well performed, 'Supreme' to take third place in the class for Ladies/Gents Formal Turnout. Sadly there were no Gents in the class.

Karen Shaw rode Corinne Collins' well performed, 'DP Polo' to win the class for Ladies/Gents Formal Turnout.

Rhys Stanley presented Nicole Saunders, Beautiful Magnetite (Bel Esprire/Let's Begin) to win the QRIC Equine Welfare Program Gelding Any Age.
