Kirsten Neil from Geelong College rode her 'Wondaree Set Sail' to win the Inter School A Grade Table A.

Emily van Sonsbeek from Yarra Valley Grammar is in full flight with her 24 year-old 'Timmy',during the Inter School E Grade Power and Speed.

A very busy Darryl Hayes did the honours with Alan and Chris Symmons' 'Langtree Wild Vision' (Langtree Valetine/Langtree Wild Flower), to win the class for Three-year-old Riding Pony Colt NE 13.11/2 hh.

Robert Cockram did the honours with Angie Penalurick's 'Kolbeach Angel' (Fernleigh Fine Print/Necta Night Surprise (imp), to win the Riding Pony Yearling Filly 11.2-12.2hh class and continue to take out the Barastoc Champion Riding Pony Yearling Filly Of The Year award.

Tom Pearce representing the Seven Creeks Hunt Club won the Junior Hunters Plate riding, 'Normandy', was third riding 'Clyde' and is pictured on course aboard 'Keegan'.

Estelle Landy is pictured with her 'Dynamic Venture', formerly Lucy Bennett's Three Star Eventer. Estelle was heading off to compete in the Sow and Working Hunter classes.

Ashlee Whitworth representing the Yarra Glen and Lilydale Hunt Club rode her 'Pay the Bill' to take fifth place in the Medium Weight Hunter On The Flat class.

'Buy me", pleads 'Mick' Olney. Sandra Olney's eight-week old Jack Russell pups were a show stopper on the second day of Barastoc. Needless to say there was a lot of interest in 'Mick' and his three brothers.

Owner, Sara Love, representing the Murray Valley Hunt Club, was in the saddle to take out the Medium Weight Hunter On The Flat class with her super 'Tulloch Ard'.

With Becky Allen in the saddle, Joanne Pengelly's 'Fernden Park Rhiannon' had a head start to win the Barastoc Working Hunter 14-15hh.

Alice Hamer from New Zealand, just missed making the Trans Tasman Challenge (as Showmanship) team. Alice was given a catch ride on Cherie Mills' 'Vancouver Park Dollar Girl' and took fourth place in the 14 Year Old Horse Deals Showmanship class.

Rachael Kennett rode her 'Coosheen Bandit' to take fifth place in the Horse Deals 17 Year Old Showmanship class. They are pictured showing good form in the jumping phase.

Eliza Baldwin and 'Warrego Diamond' representing Finley High School, demonstrate good form in the Inter School A Grade Showjumping section.

Roger and Gail Searle's 'Newington Sea Shell' (Kolbeach Rembrandt/Kolbeach Swell) took out the Reserve Champion Three Year Old Riding Pony Filly award.

'Kolbeach Class' (Fernleigh Fine Print/Fleetcroft Royal Whisper (imp) was yesterday declared Champion Open Led Exhibit and today,Champion Three-Year-Old Riding Pony Filly.

Barastoc Ringmaster, Fiona Mardling was very pleased with the between 10 and 20% increase in Barastoc entries this year of roughly 2000 horses. Certainly the catalogue is the biggest ever.

Rianna Percy rode Peta Plozza's 'Owendale Kelvin' to make Top Ten in the Barastoc Rider 8-12 Years.

Hannah Tempany from Yarrawonga rode' Balarada Festival' to make Top Ten in the Barastoc Rider 8-12 Years.

Thomas Madigan from a very wet Mackay in Queensland made it back to back Barastoc 8-12 Rider of the Year. He rode Sophie Scott's 'Morningside Daybreak' to claim the title and a little later also claimed the Mal Byrne Saddlery Large Pony Show Hunter (rider 18 years and under) Of The Year with the very well performed pony.

The Yarra Glen and Lilydale Hunt Club Trio of , Rosemary Hazzard riding 'Dark Tan', Libby Rogers with 'Gipsy' and Amy Herbert riding 'Cludo' took second place in the Intermediate Hunt Club Trios. The Hunt Club competition was organised by the Seven Creeks Hunt Club.

Annabella Drexel from Western Australia made Top Ten in the Barastoc Rider 15-18 Years.

A delighted Barastoc Champion 15-18 Rider Of The Year, Lauren Tomasi. Lauren went on to take out the inaugural Peter Gahan Challenge Trophy for Girls (judged under similar rulers to the Good Hand event at Melbourne Royal).

David Puttock with Rosseanne Mason's Champion Yearling Colt and Barastoc Grand Champion Riding Pony Youngstock Of The Year, 'Penmain Posh' (Fernleigh Fine Print/Kirreway Rendezvous).'Penmain Posh' also took out the Supreme ABSB Partbred/Riding Pony.

Jemima Draper took third place in the Horse Deals 15 Year Old Showmanship class. Jemima is pictured in the dressage section.

Bianca Gilchrist rode E McCrae's 'Grande Tall Poppy' to claim the Mal Byrne Saddlery Champion Show Hunter Large Pony (Rider 19 years and over)

Ellen Sherwood won the 14 Year Old section of the Horse Deals Showmanship competition, which incorporated, In Hand, Riding, Dressage and Showjumping.

Stuart Archibald won 15 Year Old Horse Deals Showmanship class and later in the evening won the Peter Gahan Challenge Trophy for Boys.

Successful in the show ring for many years, Olivia O'Connor won the 17 Year Old Horse Deals Showmanship class.

Catherine Climas won the 16Year-Old section of the Horse Deals Showmanship class, incorporating Showing In Hand, Flat Riding, Jumping and Dressage. Katherine went on to take out the overall (14-18 years) Championship.
