Jess Stalling looks as stylish in the jumping ring as she does in the show ring. She jumped a lovely round with her Vivant gelding, 'Diamond B Vermont' but was just out of the money in the Group C A2 class this morning. They took fourth place in the jump off class yesterday.

Young Isabella Cross-Winston had a super day at the Ekka with her own and the Harper-Purcell Family's 'Tundra Park Distinction' that won both the Novice and Open Pony 12-12.2hh classes and went on to be declared Reserve Champion Small Pony Of Queensland.

Renee Simpson from Bellenden Ker in Queensland had a grand day with her Show Hunter, 'Miss Gem'. The Thoroughbred by Nothin'Leica Dane won the Stuart Ryan sponsored Novice Lightweight Show Hunter class and took out the Stephen Merry Novice Show Hunter Championship. They went on to win the Open 12 Stone Show Hunter class and take out the Wild Pony Creations Show Hunter of Queensland title. The judge, Paula McCarthy commented that the mare was correct worked beautifully and was ridden beautifully.

Kelly Buckingham riding 'Gobbo' has her sights set on the finish flags during the Group C A2 class this morning.

Well known showing identity Paul Austin, now resident it seems permanently in Queensland rode the Austin/Lilley /Dicaralli Stud nomination, 'Dicaralli Royal Gianni'. The Warmblood, gelded just six months ago is by Royal Gregor by Royal Diamond out of a Rubenstein mare and won the class for Novice Heavyweight Show Hunter.

Lee Halpin-Bishop rode her 'Platinum Slippers' to fifth place in the Higgins Thoroughbred Transport class for Novice Heavyweight Show Hunter.
