Atlanta Olympian, Russell Johnstone is pictured with his Burggraaf gelding, 'Buzzall' during the second round of the Seven Year Old Young Jumping Horse class. They took fourth place in the second round and were fifth overall in the Championship.
Adam Johnston is pictured with his own and A Hyder's 'Moonrise Serenade' that took seventh place in the Seven Year Old Young Jumping Horse class. Serenade is by Adam's well performed stallion, 'Woodleigh Don Juan'.
Murray Sproull jumped a super second round for second place and was third overall in the Seven Year Old Young Jumping Horse Championship riding Trevor and Merinda March's 'Holmwood River Queen' by Kendalee River Disc.
Jamie Kermond, just back from a winning trip to a CSI in Korea, showcased his wonderful team of horses at DJWTS. His is pictured riding his own and Julie Battams' exciting Grand Prix prospect. 'BWS Lincoln' that is by Indoctro out of a mare by Jimtown Ahorn. They clearly won both rounds to be declared Seven Year Old Young Jumping Horse Champion.
Ashlea Day looks delighted with her 'CP Perolus' at the completion of the Hamag Young Rider Freestyle. They finished in seventh place with 60.40%
Alexis Hellier rode her Weltmeyer gelding,' Wacca W' to great music and victory in the Hamag Young Rider Freestyle with 69.25%.
Promising Young Rider, Robbie Soster from NSW rode her own and Regina Brandt's 'Robali Razzamatazz' by Rotspon to take fifth place in the Hamag Young Rider Freestyle with 64.60%.
Guest Jumping judge, Edward Doyle from Ireland was impressed with Ally Lamb's Four Year Old Champion Jumper, 'Denison Park Veliki' by Vivant. Edward also conducted a Jumping Master Class.

Gitte Donvig was very pleased with Port Said 10 following their entertaining Bloomfield Farm Grand Prix Freestyle. Mary and Rob Hanna's gelding is an Westfalen by Phoenix and interestingly the music Gitte used was from the Harry Potter film, "Order of the Phoenix". They warmed to the test really well and produced some beautiful one and two time changes for 64.65%.
Heath Ryan always puts his best foot forward. "I would hate to go to bed at night and not know that I had tried my hardest. You have to throw everything at it if you want to succeed", declared Heath after his Bloomfield Farm Grand Prix Freestyle. Not yet back to their best, "but on their way" Heath and His own and Dr Margaret Evans' 'Regardez Moi' earned 65.65% for fourth place.
Rozzie Ryan just loves her Jazz stallion, 'Jive Magic' and just loves riding him. "There is always room for improvement, but he is getting to be a real Grand Prix horse. Jive is really letting his talent come to the fore in the hands of one of the country's most talented riders. They earned 70.45% for second place.
Blas Lago from NSW is one of the most popular riders in the country. He rode his talented 'Northern Hector' to his wonderful Eastern European inspired music to take third place in the Bloomfield Farm Grand Prix Freestyle with 65.9%.
John Francis rode his gelding, 'Wilga Park Trilogy' by Don Schufro to finish in ninth place after the two rounds of the quality PSI Five Year Old Young Dressage Horse field.
Stephanie Dijkstra rode Anthea Hayes' Rituel Mare, 'Cipriani', out of a Dutchman mare to equal fourth place in the PSI Five Year Old Young Dressage Horse Championship with a total score of 7.20.
Dirk Dijkstra rode the AEA Burong and David Burns' stallion, 'AEA Tuschinski' by Tuschinski out of a Gribaldi mare to finish tenth in the PSI Five Year Old Young Dressage Horse Championships.
A 'busy' Lizzie Wilson-Fellows from NSW rode her own Carbine mare, 'Let's Intrigue' to seventh place in the PSI Young Dressage Horse Championship.
Bryia Law received great praise from guest judge, Ton de Ridder for her work so far with Kerry Mack's, 'Mayfield Be Brave'. The gelding by Brentano II out of Whitegirl was 2009 Four Year Old Champion and took second place this year in the Five Year Old Young Dressage Horse Championship. Be Brave earned a score of 9 from an impressed de Ridder.
Deon Stokes clearly puts in the miles, both on and off the horse. Deon from Western Australia is pictured riding Kate Barton's Bellisimo M stallion, 'Bellario'. Again judge de Ridder was impressed with the "very rideable and modern horse" giving him a riding score of 9. 'Bellario' was declared PSI Five Year Old Champions of Champions
Guest Young Horse judge Ton de Ridder from Germany is pictured riding Moira Kelly's, Briar 899 stallion, 'DS Burlington Bertie' ridden in the competition by Tor van den Berge. With a riding score of 8.5 Bertie took third place in the strong PSI Five Year Old Young Dressage Horse Championship.
Had well know showjumping identity, Fiona John not missed a fence in the first round, she may well have been in contention for top honours with her Jubilee Bay gelding, 'HF Wilson'. Fiona made amends in the second round of the Five Year Old Jumping Horse Championship by finishing in fourth place
Promising young jumping rider, Megan Joyce is pictured riding her Warlord II mare, 'War Folly' in the second round of the Five Year Old Young Jumping Horse Championship. They finished eleventh overall.
Brooke Campbell rode Kerri Winning's Warlord II mare, 'Yandoo Lady Gold' to take fourth place in the Five Year Old Young Jumping Horse Championship.
Melissa Froesch is cooking with a good recipe and sees no reason to alter it. She is pictured with her 'Master Cognac' a gelding by Warlord II out of Miss Cognac. He were declared Five Year Old Champion and just like his full brother, Glenara Bollinger in 2008 went on to be declared Champion of Champion Young Jumping Horse.
Jenelle Duffy's imported Silvio mare, 'Stella' was rather green for the Five Year Old Young Jumper Championship, but she certainly demonstrated great ability as is shown here.
Matthew Dowsley is pictured with his super impressive Sandro Hit stallion, 'San Jose' that is out of a Rubenstein/Weltmeyer mare. They won the PSI Six Year Old Young Dressage Horse Championship and received a perfect 10 from riding judge, Ton de Ridder. The applause meter was used to determine the Dressage Champion of Champions and Matthew's exciting stallion was the popular choice.
Angela Dobbin is pictured with her delightful, Premier des Hayettes gelding, 'GP Premier Dollars' that jumped well over the two rounds to take second place in the Six Year Old Young Jumping Horse Championship.
Just the sweetest horse. Nineteen year old Kristy Haworth is pictured with her mare, 'Jingella Delta' that put in a consistent and talented performance to claim the Six Year Old Young Jumping Horse Championship. Delta is by Cabarita Indianan Jones that is by Inspiration out of a Wunder mare. It will be interesting to watch this wonderful mare's progress.
A great deal of the appeal of DJWTS is the shopping and as always it was embraced enthusiastically.
Victorian rider, Georgina Haythorpe rode her 'Jaybee Callista' in the entertaining and enlightening Saddleworld Dressage Masterclass conducted by Ton de Ridder.
A sold out sign was a great reward for the organisers of this wonderful Championship show that is now in its 12 year. How time flys.

Rachael Sanna has never been happy with the "lady in Waiting" title. She rode Bev Edwards' impressive Jaybee Alabaster to showcase the talent of them both to win the Bloomfield Farm Grand Prix Freestyle with 73% and claim back her title of "Queen of the Kur". The whole test, including the the super-dramatic score from Star Trek was riveting.
