2013 Melbourne Royal Show

The Lee Girls from Eden Park have had an outstanding show. Brynie Lee is pictured aboard her Best Child's Galloway, 'Silkwood Sublime' that carried her to victory in the J Pemberton Turnout class for Girls and Boys 12 and under 15 Years.

Alexandra Jones capped off a super Melbourne Royal Show with her, 'Thalaba Ruby Dreaming' by taking second place in the J Pemberton Turnout class for Girls and Boys 12 and under 15 Years.

Lily McEvoy was the pre post favourite and did not disappoint by winning the KG Luke Equestrian Turnout class for Girls and Boys 15-18 Years riding her impressive hack, 'Towering Inferno'..

Bettina Stanton from South Australia made Col. AV Pope Top Ten with her Open 16-16.2hh winner, 'Vienna Night Divine'. They later went on to take out the 2013 Royal Melbourne Reserve Champion Hack award.

Adam Oliver is pictured with his own, Janice Elliott and the GC Equestrian's beautiful and well performed, 'High Fashion'. The mare took third place in the class for Open Hack 16-16.2hh and was one of the Top Ten finalists in the Col AV Pope Cup.

Tamara Saligari from Whittlesea in Victoria is pictured aboard her Col. AV Pope Cup Top Ten, 'Chance Encounter'.

Heidi Pickstock rode Dale Plumb's beautiful, 'DP Amazing' to claim the 2013 Royal Melbourne Col. AV Pope Cup. Amazing that lives up to his name, is now a multiple Pope Cup winner and has also won the Sydney Royal Pope Cup.

Sue Thompson from Croydon in Victoria is pictured during the Hack Championship ride off riding her 15.2-16hh winner, 'Concerto'.

Clint Bilson is pictured during the hack Championship ride off riding Hayley Sheehan's beautiful Octagonal gelding, 'Optimal' that won the Gent's Hack class.

It's not often the little ones get up , but on this occasion, Greg Mickan rode Sue Thompson's Open 15-15.2hh winner, 'Starstruck' to take out the 2013 W. MLC (Mac) Greaves Memorial for Champion Hack Over 15hh.

Alexa Ward capped off a great 2013 Royal Melbourne Show with her five year old , 'OEH Eloquence' by Royal Oak, by claiming the Picasso Memorial Perpetual Trophy awarded to the Most Successful Saddle Horse at the Show.
