Well known and successful showing identity, Bree Petrie is pictured with her, 'Bamborough Mickey' (Naruni Park Taylor Made/Bamborough Moon Walk) that won the class for Riding Pony Gelding Three Years Under 14.1hh and went on to be declared Reserve Champion Junior Riding Pony gelding.

Exhibited by Chanele Hunter and shown by Michael Christie, Lyn Warburton's 'Daisy Patch Soul Star' (Royalwood Boy Soprano/Regal Rebelina) was declared Champion Riding Pony Show Pony Junior Gelding.

Pauline Barns' delightful, 'Possum Hollow Cinders' was declared Champion Shetland Pony Mare/Filly Under 8.2hh.

The Argyl Stud's , 'Argyl Chorister' (Fernleigh Fine Print/Kolbeach Song), shown by Andrew Hunt was declared Champion Riding Pony Show Pony Colt.

Luke Stuart-Smith is pictured with the Carinda Stud's Champion Welsh Section B Stallion/Colt, 'Karanga Rockafella' (Imperial Tennessee/Karanga ladybird).

Peter Webber's ,'Kialla Park Manu' (Bimbadeen Brigadier/Karanah Park Jorja) was declared Reserve Champion Australian Pony Gelding.

Stuart Ryan's lovely, 'Kooyong Crestwood' (Koora Lynkent/Kooyong Dainty) was declared Champion Australian Pony Gelding.

it was good to see Mark Bullen out and about showing at the Summer Royal. Mark took out the Supreme Welsh Mountain Pony and Eileen Bartram Best Welsh In Hand Awards with his lovely yearling filly, Imperial Bewitching' (Imperial Caruso. Imperial Bewitched).

Rebecca Jones is pictured with the Ballanbrae Stud's Supreme Welsh B Pony, 'Cherrington Lady Josephine' (Bamborough Paramount/Cherrington Lady Juliette).

Jacqui Langfield's, 'Birdwood Bush Blossom' (Birdwood Bushranger/Birdwood Blazing Star) was declared Champion Arabian Pony mare/Filly.

Laura Shaw rode the Shaw Family's lovely, 'Commonage Close' (Refuse To Bend/Silver's Sister) to with the class for Thoroughbred off TheTrack as well as the Ridden thoroughbred Gelding 16hh and Under. His Off The Track win makes him eligible for the Racing Victoria Off The Track Final to be conducted at the VAS Ltd Championships in January 2014.

A busy Greg Mickan led John De Marco and Georgia and Olivia Grenwell's, 'Kolbeach Crown' (Fernleigh Fine Print/Oldcourt Balilika imp) to be declared Champion Led Junior Show Hunter.

Sally Watkins rode 'Chippenham Zulu' (Chippenham Titles/ Black Is Black) to claim the Champion Ridden Over Height (over 14.2hh) Riding Pony Hack /Hunter. Some exhibitors suggest that these over height ponies should be called Park Hacks as in the UK.

Courtney Remmington has always won the smile award and at the age of 19 she has lost none of her girlish charm. Courtney is pictured aboard Jamie Carson's well performed, Willowcroft Chance Encounter' (Urubula Regal Promise/ Petite Equis) that was declared Reserve Champion Over Height Riding Pony Hack/Hunter.

Well known and hugely successful Arabian exhibitor, Doyle Dertell is pictured with P and M Rodwell's, Champion Arabian Derivative Stallion/Colt, 'Buckwell Park Heir Apparent' (Byalee Briar Swe/Buckwell Park Alabama).

Well known Arabian trainer, Sean Chapman led Keely Bisset's beautiful, 'Warrawee Beyoncee' (Royal Hit imp/Warrawee Ashantee) to be declared, as in 2012, the Supreme Champion Arabian Derivative Award.

Brynie Lee rode the beautiful Heyne and Gates Welsh Mountain Pony, 'Eagle Park Casino' (Imperial Baledur/Torlyn Cameo) bred by Daniel Harvey to be declared Champion Ridden Welsh Pony Exhibit.

Emily Barton rode her well performed, Wyann Peaches' (Wyann Taurus/Wyann Hello Kitty) to claim the First Ridden/Leading Rein Championship.

Sueanne Vale rode Jan Langley's, 'Langtree Accolade' (Langtree Opium/Accolade) to claim the Ridden Show Hunter Pony Championship. Earlier in the day, Accolade was declared Reserve Champion Led Show Hunter Pony.

Nikki Chadburn from Hallett Cove in South Australia is pictured aboard her splendid Cleveland Bay, 'Lyndsworth' (Gilshow Caliph/Sheltered Bay). The 21 year old gelding took second place in the well attended class for Ridden Cleveland Bay Gelding..

Keeley Copeman rode her typey, 'Top Fancy Let's Party' (Rave Review/Top Fancy Tahla) to win the Ridden Gelding class and take out the Ridden Arabian Reserve Championship.

Susy Stewart's , Mandaley Lord Litchfield' (Turberry Tom Kitten imp/Fairley Tranquility) was declared Reserve Champion Riding Pony Show Pony Colt.

Katie Marriott had a super successful day at her first ever Melbourne Summer Royal. Katie who trains with Stephanie Barrington capped off a great day by claiming the Ridden Australian Pony Female Championship with her, 'Palm Park Elegance' (Koora-Lyn Gordost/Parilla Perfection.

Christine Knox-Morgan and Alexandra Bowen's, 'Glynyarra Park Tantivy' (Arielen Maestro/Weston Park Tinsel) was declared Reserve Champion Junior Welsh Mountain Pony Colt.

Greg Mickan did the honours with Christine Frost's beautiful, 'Elmdale Park Flash Dants' (Mirinda field of Dreams/Yarramie Ant's Pants) that was declared Champion Riding Pony Show Pony Gelding.

Russell and Fiona Bracken's mare, 'Stadium Girl' (Arena/Misty Dawn) was declared Supreme Champion Thoroughbred. The well attended Thoroughbred classes were all sponsored by the Victoria Racing Club.
