Abbey Shaw representing the Bairnsdale Pony Club had a successful day with her 'Roundhill Rising Victory' to win the Smartest On Parade class for Riders 9-12 Years early in the day and claimed the Special Pony Club Class for Riders Under 12 in the afternoon. In the Special class the riders are judged on Presentation, Flat Riding, Jump Riding and Handy Mount.

Liam Richardson had a successful day in the RDA Ring. At his third Summer Royal, Liam won the Division 2 Best Rider and Best Mount classes and went on to take out the RDA Encouragement Award.
