Ali Ali rode Lonesome Cheokee to win the Amateur Junior Horse, Ranch Cutting.

Lara McEachern and Tapt Again took second place in the Amateur Junior Ranch Cutting class, on day two of the Australian Ranch Horse Remuda Show.

Colleen Fleming rode Tassamingo to third place in the Amateur Senior Horse Ranch Cutting.

Dawn Woodley and Coliban Black Texan cut out their cow on their way to second place in the Amateur Senior Horse Ranch Cutting. Unlike standard cutting in Ranch Horse Cutting the competitor only cuts out one cow and it does not have to be a deep cut.

Kerry McFadden rode Presario to win the Amateur Senior Horse Ranch Cutting.

Stephanie Lancefield rode Tronas Twinkle (Imp) to win the Youth Ranch Cutting. Unlike standard cutting once the cow has been cut out and worked then extra points can be gained working the cow on the way to the pen.

Lilli Wieland rode Wilga Park Epic to third place in the Youth Ranch Cutting.

The final part of the Ranch Cutting is to place your cut out cow in a pen at the other end of the arena. Amy Gear riding Alenas Smart Cat prepares her beast to enter the pen, on their way to second place in the Youth Ranch Cutting.

Bruno Robertson rode An Acre Named Sue to win the Novice Ranch Cutting.

Judy Carrucan rode Hearts Unlimited to win the Freshmans Ranch Cutting.

David Leek rode Magnum Pl to equal fifth place in the large class for Novice Ranch Cutting.

Steve Graham follows his cow to the far end riding Parraweena Sugar Daddy. This combination placed second in the Novice Ranch Cutting. In Ranch Cutting it is not necessary to go fast, as long as you have your cow in the pen in 2 1/2 minutes. Going faster does gain more points if you control the cow well.

Rocky Acquisto and Rastus place second in the Freshman's Ranch Cutting.

Kerri Acquisto rode Pinky to third place in the Freshmans Ranch Cutting.

Roy Marchington rode Cuttalenas Little Rooster to win the Open Junior Horse Ranch Boxing. In Ranch Boxing the combination complete a reining pattern and then a cow is released into the arena and the rider has 50 seconds to impress the judge with his ability to work the cow at one end of the arena.

Danny Kapa rode Proud Lil Merdoc to second place in the Open Junior Horse Ranch Boxing.

Indoors at Elmore today was pleasant for the competitors but for riders wanting to give their horses a bit more work it was not fun. Torrential rain showers turned the warm up arena into a lake. Jessica Young did her best with Sashas Smokin Lena in the wet conditions.

Kim Grosso rode DC Caddilac Jack to win the Senior Horse Ranch Boxing class.

Aaron Scobie riding Amaroo Unique Rock placed second in the Senior Horse Ranch Boxing class.

Tyler Graham rode Juscrusin to third place in the Senior Horse Ranch Boxing class.
