Alycia Targa has the ride on an impressive mother and son at the Saddleworld Victorian Dressage Championships. Alycia is pictured riding 'Neversfelde Weltsong' by Weltmeyer out of Neversfelde Kudu that is also being ridden by Alycia at these Championships. Alycia and Weltsong took third place in the Aachen Challenge Qualifier.

Sarah Fisher rode her charming 'Machismo C' of unknown parentage in the Pony Elementary Championship.

Samantha Dean, all the way from Queensland had great success at the Victorian All Welsh Show last weekend with her 'Barnhill Rebel Yell' and they are pictured competing in the 4 Aces Pony Elementary Championship.

Alexis Hellier rode her Weltmeyer gelding, 'Waca W' to second place in the Marcus Oldham Aachen Challenge Qualifying round to take second place with 67.11%. The first three in the Qualifying round ride off tomorrow, firstly on their own horse and then the other two horses, with the overall winner earning the much desired trip to Aachen next June.

Young Queensland rider, Elliott Patterson rode his 'Leandro' by Lauries Crusader to win the Aachen Challenge Qualifier with 67.50% and take second place in the Advanced with 67.62%.

Almost a lawyer (she has just finished her third year of a combined Law degree), Jodie Newall rode her 'Kragelunds Donovan' by Davignon to take fifth place in the Marcus Oldham Aachen Challenge Qualifier.

Phoebe Jones rode her 'Sansken Moet' by Maurice to take seventh place in the Aachen Challenge Qualifier.

Julia Battams looks to be having a most enjoyable time during the Pryde's Elementary Championship riding her Krack C stallion, 'BWS Westewind'. They took eighth and seventh place in the 3B and 3C.

Promising young Victorian dressage rider, Ben Terry was fifth and seventh respectively in the Elementary 3B and 3C riding 'Rimini Park Emmerich' by Zimran.

Monica Bird from Coldstream in Victoria rode her six year old Quattro gelding, 'Quinlin' to win the Pryde's Elementary 3B with a score of 64.85%.

Caroline Wagner rode her charming and ever improving 'WS Nevada' by Dutchman to take sixth place in the Saddleworld Pacific League CDI/W (World Cup) Final.

It is good to see Rozzie Ryan and 'Jive Magic' making their way to the top again. "Horses are not machines, and we would not want them to be", commented Edward Gal. And because of that they can have th odd loss of form. Jive by Jazz took fourth place in the Saddleworld CDI/W Final with 66.70%.

Mary and Rob Hanna's 'Sancette' by Sandro Hit could have come to Werribee a week earlier and taken out the National Large Hack title. No doubt Mary would be horrified at the thought, but her latest import is certainly beautiful. They took second place in the Saddleworld CDI/W Final with 68.15%.

Gitte Donvig and 'Port Said II' (by Phoenix) put their best foot forward during the Saddleworld CDI/W Pacific League Final. The glamorous pair took fifth place with 66.1%.

Chantal Wigan really looks to be having fun when she rides. and why not? Only back in Australia for a short time Chantal rode her Ferro gelding, 'Ferero' to pull off the impressive Grand Prix/Grand Prix Freestyle double. To and entertaining Abba theme, Chantal and 'Ferero' won the Saddleworld CDI/W Pacific Final with 69%.
