2012 Sydney CDI 3 Star

Rebecca Walshe from the ACT is pictured with her well performed Australian Warmblood, 'Stylist' (Contango II/Wintergold Rose) during the Needs for Steeds International Grand Prix on the first day of the 2012 Sydney CDI. They earned 65% for 13th place in a strong class.

Kate Taylor-Wheat powers across the arena aboard her beautiful, imported gelding, 'World Star' (World Magic/Galia). They earned, 68% for second place in the Needs For Steeds International Prix St Georges at the 20th Sydney CDI.

Just a few days ago, the multi talented young rider , Megan Bryant was amongst the Two Star prize winners at the Sydney Eventing Three Day Event. Today the (Victorian Dressage Festival) Aachen Challenge winner, rode her , 'Donnabella' (Don Ramiro/Shannon) to sixth place in the Needs For Steeds International Prix St Georges with 66.39%.

Successful young Victorian rider, Lilah Nieuwland is pictured aboard, Jenny Johnson's very attentive, Andalusian gelding, 'Rangemore Mikado' (Anchorbar Martelo/Rangemore Chariola) during the Needs For Seeds International Prix St Georges on the first day of the 20th edition of the Sydney CDI.

Linda Foster from NSW is pictured with her lovely Richmead Medallion gelding, 'Mauritius' during the Pryde's Easi Feeds Grand Prix CDI.

Queensland rider, Anjanette Harten rode her UQG (University of Queensland Gatton) Alladin by Anamour out of the Thoroughbred mare, Alladins Gift to seventh place in the Pryde's Easi Feeds Grand Prix CDI with 64.17%.

Wendy Ward is pictured aboard her imported German gelding, 'Moliere' by Mid West Ibi Light out of Marlen, during the Pryde's Easi Feeds Grand Prix CDI that was conducted on the main arena at SIEC on the first day of the 2012 Sydney CDI.

Susan Paix from South Australia rode her eye catching Australian Warmblood mare, 'Sheer Etiquette' by Fax to ninth place in the Pryde's Easi Feeds Grand Prix CDI with 62.89%.

The superlatives abound when it comes to describing Maree Tomkinson and Lyn Sultans's magnificent mare, 'Diamantina'. The imported mare by Diamond Hit out of the mare Cosmopolitan won the Pryde's Easi Feeds Grand Prix CDI with 68.93%.

Queensland rider, Merrilea Charles is pictured during the Needs For Steeds International Prix St Georges riding her 'Jazzaround' by Jazz out of Argentille Geneva.

NSW rider, Anne Reader is pictured aboard her own imported, 'Pandolientje'. The Dutch mare is by Gribaldi (the sire of Totalis) out of Evelientje. They were competing in the Needs For Seeds International Prix St Georges in the SIEC indoor arena on the first day of the 2012 Sydney CDI.

Talented young Queensland rider, Jayden Brown rode Beau Dowsett's imported gelding 'San Andreas' (Sandro Hit out of a Walt Disney mare) to win the first round of the Hanoverian Horse Society of Australia Five Year Old young Horse class with a score of 8.2.

A busy Linda Foster is pictured aboard Vicki Newham's 'Revelwood Ferganza' (Ferrero Rocher/Gidley) in the first round of the HHSA Five year old young Horse class. They finished the first round in fifth place with a score of 7.28. Linda also took provisional second place (8.2) riding her own, 'Neversfelde Samiro' by Sandro Hit out of a Richmead Medallion mare.

Linda Krogh is pictured with her colourful gelding, 'Jigsaw R' by Jive Magic out of Billy R during the first round of the Hanoverian Horse Society Four Year Old Young Horse Qualifier.

Sophie Seper is pictured riding her Jive Magic gelding, 'Jupiter R' in the popular Hanoverian Horse Society Four Year Old young Horse Qualifier.

Michelle Baker finished just out of the top ten after the first round of the HHSA Four Year Old Young Horse Qualifier riding her typey and well named, 'Hillbreeze Standout' , a gelding by Sandro Hit out of Hillbreeze Coincidence.

The beautifully presented pair of Courtney Larard and her , 'Mindarah Park Ravenna' (MP Ramadan/MP Amber) are pictured during the judging of the first round of the HHSA Four Year Old Young Horse Qualifier.

Alycia Targa is pictured aboard Jane and Maurie Bruce's wonderful home bred, 'Neversfelde Kudu'. The mare by the imported Trakener, Kassiber, out of the Thoroughbred mare, Space Hostess earned tenth place in the Needs For Steeds International Prix St Georges with 65.21%.

Tor van den Berge is pictured during the Needs For Steeds International Prix St Georges riding Cheryl O'Brien's imported Hanoverian stallion, 'Lauries As' (Londonderry/Pik Lady). The typey stallion has really grown in to an impressive and beautiful horse.

Daniella Dierks really looks to be enjoying the ride aboard Greg and Julie Farrell's beautifully presented imported, 'Luxor 118'. The Hanoverian gelding by Londonderry took fourth place in the strong needs For Seeds International Prix St Georges with 67.65%.

Robyne Smith is pictured riding her, 'KS Beauchamp' during the Needs For Steeds International Prix St Georges. Interestingly the gelding is by Victorieux the dam sire of the late Victory Salute.
